Hello Dears... Did you expect this one ??? Muuut !! Error !! My son Nicolas is learning russian langage... And since he started it.... How can I say it ??? He seem to be fascinated by the soviet union era... Amazing !! So he told me that it's not normal that I did'nt model soviet aircraft at this time... I defend myself, answering that I already commit a MiG 3 and a Il-2... So here are 3 kits started years ago... This one will receive North Vietnamese markings... Here's where I was... I received my Pavla seat but it was broken... Once again, PE fret came up to my rescue... I will carefully cut out the resin kind of spoon over the pilot's head and replace it by the PE one ! sprue shot... And I started to improve the Sidewindersky... Well, It's also a 3 kits thread... The next one is a tribute to a great pilot !! and a great woman !! Years ago, I read books about female russian pilots !! And get a soft point for Lilya Litvak... So here is her early Yak-1 I have all I can need to represent her other and alas late Yak-1 But that's for another day !! The 3rd ?? A Yak-9 ICM that will bear the North Korean markings !! Let's see what will happen! Take care of you and your family Gents !! Have a great modelling sunday.... Sincerely. CC

Certainly one of the heroes of the Pacific War, the SBD held the line until the "Helldiver" was ready, well in to 1944. The dash 5 was an improvement over the dash 3 and used an aerial radar for the hunt of japanese ships. Cleaning the shelf of doom I found the old but good Accurate Miniature which I updated with Master 30 calibers, ultracast seats and a full riveting. The plane is from the "Lexington" during the operations against the Gilberts islands in 43. Fake MG openings were painted on the wing leading edges to lure the Japanese. This time I have used decals as the big fuselage stars with the red surround are quite impossible to do with masks due to the fuselage curve, a real problem with vinyl. Hi Thi is my entry for this group build, a TBF/TBM Avenger in 48th scale from Italeri (rebox of the beautiful Accurate Miniature's kit) I have not already decided the livery and the version My first intention was to build an early version with the use of the rare KMC update set, (It would be great for me to build the only survivor of the battle for Midway) but I also own some good Techmod decals that I'd like to use (don't worry , i have another box) Aftermarket decal A pair of very old PE set (both designed for Monogram kit) KMC update set and Verlinden Wright Cyclon Engine As I said in the chat, I have 33 eligible models (34 if i count the Raven) so I can not give up this group build
