Hello Dears ! One more lunacy from CC, You both know that I'm found of the Blackburn made beauties !! You know what ?? There's one cure !! Buy and build !! Ardennes cold... 0° and moisture Well let's talk about this one, far less bucolic !! I buy this kit at SMW, I would have a Mk V too but my wallet say "Stay quiet you stupid CC"... I had missed a 1/48 TSR 2, so... It's a kind of candy for me ! First resin kit for me too, I know, I know, I've told that I would'nt start another kit, but now, Crisp @Ex-FAAWAFU has entered the game... one temptation too far... Here's the box !! I wait now to see the Blackburn Shark... Next year as they said It look like a good kit, I'm amazed, let's have a look Destruction sheet is at least basic !! But the low number of parts do permit it ! Paint scheme is limited to one aircraft, there hes been only 12 builts after all half fuselages and landing gear in white metal, no bubbles, precise mouldings, look good !! Tailplane and wheel wells doors Really thin parts and sharp edges !! Wings In two parts since this one is to be a folded wing one I don't know if I will use this, the knob is reinforced with metal but the wing is heavy... Now that will be sad not to use these detailled wingfolds. Parts are packed in tiny plastic bags but no one is broken !! Until now... huh, gun barrels are not well finished, but it will be easily fixed !! The fit is better than on some injected kits !! Look good to me !! Now will I use use thje cockpit as such ?? It look a bit too small !! I will now search for more pics of "Da Beast" before making a decision !! May be that the Admiral will jump in the blackburn's poole once again now !! You know I'm talking about ?? @Martian Hale or maybe our Dear @general melchett Who Know ?? This one is interesting too since I must have some Yellow P somewhere...
