Hello Gents,
Still cleaning up a bit in my started kits waiting room....
There are no shelf of doom in CC's castle.....
Soooo, I told previously that I wanted more Naval aviation finished kits in my future yearbook....
Moons ago, I commited this one....
I know, tail unit has to be rectified for a better True Blue....
This F3F-2 is a part of an old project in wich I'll include an SBC.....
The SBC is in the waiting room for at least 5 years... Left untouched or almost untouched !!
my friend @BS103 found the F4B-4 in a tiny hobby shop in eastern France....
It was meant to replace the old Hasegawa 1/32 one....
I'll stay a 48ers to the core....
The Boeing has been started as a side project....
Using the early prepainted seatbelts from Eduard and some scratch....
These huge waist belt are not reassuring at all...
Flying inverted with these belts was at least a bit uncomfortable..... IMHO...
I know for sure that the SBC will represent the VB-6's boss aircraft...
The F4B-4 will surely be a Felic the cat one, but I'm not sure yet.....
Jolly Rogers were not established yet at the time being...
I still have to check if Blackburn's irregulars used this aircraft while training in Pensacola....
Not sure at all....
Then VF-31 is one of the oldest Naval Squadron...
It is interesting enough for this CC.....
If one have a suggestion, feel free to show your own idea.....
Well, see you later for this "What ?? another CC's thread ???" journey....
Sincerely.
CC
