  1. Wow! Beautiful work and simply amazing weathering and wear on that Zero.
  2. Amazing "how to" on how to make the perfect Spitfire. I'm glad to have run across this post as you magically just made my 1/32 Tamiya Mk IX and Victory decals get moved to the top of the build pile. Just fantastic work! Milt
  3. Great photos as always Rod. I had tons of fun fixing the gear on your jet. That's what I'm here for buddy! Milt
  4. Looks pretty sweet. Very well done finish
  5. A beautifully smooth finish on that Mustang. I hope mine turns out half as nice
  6. I am working on this kit at the moment. I already have a Cobra Co. cockpit for it, but the jet pipes are something I could really use. Thanks! Now if someone would address those hideous main gear and those tires with ejector holes on their back side, that would be great....
  7. I am plannIng on using the Victory Production decals on my 1/32 Mk IX but alas no data is included with them. So I am left with using either the stock data off the Tamiya sheet or buying another brand of decals just for the data they include. How bad are the Tamiya data stensil decals going to look next to after market RAF roundels etc? They look somewhat thick. Thanks. MP
  8. Sure thing! As soon as I get home from work.
  9. I have this kit on the bench right now so I will look tonight and let you know what part 43 is. ; Part 43 is the forward pedal floor board piece. This is 1/48 Mirage F1 CT/CR kit no. 2618 ESCI kit Mirage F1 is the same part and number.
  10. That scheme is a 100% improvement on that money saving grey. Lovely!
  11. Wow. Does that ever look good. A beautiful model of an gorgeous aircraft. Nice job!
  12. Great model, great thread with lots of good info and links to the WMIK. It's bookmarked for my build of the Hobbyboss kit.
  13. You did those Land Rovers justice indeed. Very well done. Did you make your own kit bags or they resin aftermarket items? In any case awesome work!
  14. Love your Hawk in that scheme. Beautifully done
  15. Wow! Now this I like. You did a fantastic job. I bought this kit and all the extras from Paul at a show but was affraid of that much resin. That something had to be warped. But if you say it's that good I will have to give it a shot.
  16. Your Hawk looks splendid. If you had not mentioned it was brush painted I don't think anyone would have noticed. Great job.
  17. Nice job all the way around. I have two of these Frems 339 kits and yours is the only one I have seen completed. Are these kits that rare or are they dogs nobody really wants to tame? Nice to see one done and done so well.
