Mk.IXc - very slow progres

Mk.IXe ready for surfacer and paints.

Surfacer, white primer and yellow oils Model Master. Thats all.

Only resin wheels and exhaust. Resin cockpit from Eduard is excellent but i'm making my Spitfires with closed canopy.

Simply interior finished for closed canopy. My idea for fuel radiator from piece of bomb. Something like Spitfire.

It's my idea-dirty plane from autumn 1944 with "new" bombs.

In my oppinion all Mk.IX (ZX- from 0 to 10) from Skalskis Circus (or C flight of 145 sqn, or Polish Combat Team) have blue color with white edges. Bigger discrepancy is description of camuflage paint. ZX-1 and 4 has Desert Scheme painting but some sources suggests ZX-6 has Temperate Scheme paiting beacause on b/w photos is darker than other Mk.IX. http://pspbis.fm.interia.pl/cs.htm

Now without bombs but almost ready.
