  1. You have some french cars like the Renault 10, Alpine A110 and A310. I've found some more in my stash too. Why not an Revell 1/144 Airbus A310 ? It might come an Dragon 1/72 Ersatz M10 (Panther G in disguise) from me later
  2. I'm in with a Fleet 10G 20 original aircrafts were bought in 1931 and more than 330 planes were license built by the three main romanian manufacturers I also found a review here http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234942103-fleet-10g-172-azur-frrom/ by Jan H, auf Flickr I've started the cockpit and managed to break one of the tiny joysticks twice. The only resin parts in the kit. No info in the instructions about interior colours, I'll go for something greyish with dark brown seats and black instrument panels The exhaust stubs later to come are some injected blobs (typical short-run) and they need to be replaced by Jan H, auf Flickr xxx
  3. ...or an early czech Avia C.10 before the designation was changed to S-99
  4. LEMB through archive.is I tried that too and only got to a Ju 88 connected to CD+BH so unfortunately no luck there
  5. Great subject and it is a beautiful flying boat. I think more correct it's from 3/Seenotgruppe later to be Seenotstaffel 3. A good online reference is History of the Dornier Do 24 but I haven't manage to find a picture of the real plane or any CD+.. code there.
  6. My color refererence was this one I'd guess that the Kübelwagen all were in Dunkelgrau when they arrived to Africa. Too much work to mask them inside, seats, instruments etc.. And as you said it gives the model a bit more contrast. Next step is to add part like jerry cans, sand bags, an MG to make it live up even more
  7. Italeri Kübelwagen 334th Infantry division North Africa 1942-43 Agama colors and patinator Panduro matt varnish I messed up some parts, it's now well hidden in the patinator I also lost the cut-out window twice, better leave it off then. Fun build but I'd needed at least one more hour to solve the small errors WIP: Here - by SAU, auf Flickr - by SAU, auf Flickr - by SAU, auf Flickr - by SAU, auf Flickr
  8. @Hockeyboy76 Thanks mate, it was a bit of a rush job the last hour. Weathered... by SAU, auf Flickr and with a coat of matt varnish by SAU, auf Flickr Done!
  9. One hour to go, all except the windscreen is there... Time for decals... by SAU, auf Flickr
  10. first a coat of Dunkelgrau on all parts by SAU, auf Flickr some masking and then the DAK Wüstengelb by SAU, auf Flickr up again for some touch up of the wheels, the mess i did at one side, then I think I''ll go for a color green(ish) change of the cabrio and the back side of the seats by SAU, auf Flickr
  11. I'm close to 50 and also really nearsighted so, when the arms aren't long enough too see sharp, I just take my glasses off and with the risk of point out an eye or glue things to my face I've solved it that way. All parts done for the moment, down soon into the dungeon to load the airbrush by SAU, auf Flickr
  12. Going well, not much sanding to do. Some more parts and it's ready for the first coat of Panzergrau color by SAU, auf Flickr
  13. I'm in with a DAK Kübelwagen in North Africa Looks like an easy kit from their Alzo Zero gameplay range by SAU, auf Flickr
  14. I've got the HPM IAI Dagger and it has Falklands era decal options. Of course you have the PM Model Mirage IIIEA too.

    1/72 Mirage 2000N

Fuselage done, ejection seats to come later. Haven't decided wether it'll be those provided in the kit or aftermarket --- The intake puzzle and you're quite right there, what an odd construction

    1/72 Mirage 2000N

Thanks all. Compared the Heller with an Italeri kit before assembly. Only minor differencies, the Italeri fuselage (bottom) is 2 mm shorter and the delta wing (Italeri right) is angled a few degrees more. Not so fun fact, the Heller kit has a wing with raised panel lines (from the Mirage 2000C kit dated 1978ish) and when the did the two-seater 1991 the fuselage got recessed panel lines. Maybe time for rescribing when I try to sort out the sinkmarks
  17. Only one week to go. Better hurry up then Cockpit done And wings in place I also found a Hataka Polizei grün that looked useful. Correct for vehicles but surely not for this plane but I'm gonna use it anyway.
  18. Thanks Tony for an interesting GB Sorry that I didn't manage to complete my little Heinkel in time Perhaps someone with admin rights can give it a try and edit the Gallery picture links with ransom pic (pic.photobucket.com/bwe.png) to the loop-hole solution that I found in another forum. It might work for a while, hopefully long enough for the voting. Add the following to the picture link punkbucket.com.../..pic_01.jpg to punkbucket.com.../..pic_01.jpg~original

    1/72 Mirage 2000N

Part started, just some paint in the cockpit I've got myself some extra work too, my ethyl acetate that I use as glue almost went through the wing... ...well it didn't hit too many panel lines and there are also some sink marks so I can't complain that much
  20. My build will be a Mirage 2000N armed with an ASMP cruise missile. Heller kit originally from late 70's and the 2-seater version came out 1991. This one will perfectly fit in my Escadrille La Fayette / Indian squadron collection I'll be using the kit decals together with the Carpena/Colorado decal sheet
  21. Thanks for the tip, Patrice What's in the stash is the Academy Razorback with decals from ModelArt and Revell Bubbletop with decals from Carpena/Colorado
  22. I found some 10s' in my stash... Avia C-10 Fairchild A-10 Thunderbolt Fleet 10 G Kawasaki Ki-10-II MDD DC-10 Vickers VC10 ...so, please count me in
  23. I have two Escadrille Lafayette and a never delivered swedish could-have-been on my to do-list so I'm in
  24. Hi Tony I've got four of the Classic Plane Hispanos and they all have the wheels with a cover with 6 bolts. You can see how the wheel looks here if you zoom in a bit. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/148151-classic-plane-cpm-73-ha-1112-k1l I usually go for the last three letters/numbers to separate the main versions HA-11nn-J1L, Hispano-Suiza 12Z 89 HA-11nn-K1L, Hispano-Suiza 12Z 17 HA-1110-K1L, 2-seater with Hispano-Suiza 12Z 17 HA-1112-M1L, Merlin 500-45 HA-1110-M4L, 2-seater re-engined with Merlin 500-45 My best source is https://me109.info/ All in german but check 'Übersicht' then 'Bf 109 gebaut in Spanien' Btw, when you check around the pictures there you can see at least 3-4 versions of wheel types
  25. Any plans for the AZ7317 and AZ7318 ? Aero L-159 Alca in both versions. Announced as future in 2010
