I have my f-111 cockpits done in h317 which is a lot darker than my mrp f-105 pit. But i made a mistake, i used mrp-100 dark gull grey on the 105 and the point is that is a lot lighter than h317. Sorry about the confusion. Both claim to be fs36231. The other 36231 equivalents i have is 71.277 model air which again is darker than mrp-100.
never tried to brush paint this type of paint. Regular tamiya with retarder, or my 40 year old tamiya old formula were perfect for brush painting but are nothing as aggressive as mrp. Will experiment with it since i have to wait for my order.
i ordered btw ua025, 26 , 27 and 33; 71.121, 71.141, 71.312, 71.296; 28, 129 and 140. Something should come close.
