  1. Hi, great build so far. A friend of mine's father was a navigator on the first Halifax np-j "j for jane" his dad finished is tour of duty in 1943 just before the aircraft was lost. The aircraft was then replaced by hx333.
  2. Hannants sell 1/72 clear spure. I have some spare too if you need it?
  3. Good job, I've just finished one of these kits and I'm currently building another.
  4. Thanks for the comments, I'll hopefully get more done today at some point.
  5. Hi, some if you may have seen my finished b17 in the ready for inspection section. If not I'll fill you in a little bit on my plan. I decided to build two b17 kits both the same but with a difference. The finished one has been built to be like a "factory fresh" one and it's twin is going to be build as a very used b17. So this is where I've got to so far. As always comments are welcome good or bad.
  6. Thanks guys. I'll have to try and make the "twin" look as good.
  7. Cheers for the comments. Damn you for spotting the window haha.
  8. Thanks guys, yeah it's a revell kit. Ive build 5 of these kits in the past they're brilliant kits if you like b17's
  9. Hi. I've just finished this b17g, I've still got to do some weathering but it's 95% done. I've decided to make two kits the same one as a brand new factory fresh b17 and one as a "after mission" b17. The "after mission" one is still a work in progress. Any comments welcome. Thanks.
