Fantastic diorama, beautiful models, figures and setting. Is it done from a photo if so can we see?

Really excited until I read that -
There are two versions of the Matilda by Tamiya an older and a newer (2 year old?) the newer is the better although iirc the older goes together well.

I couldn't find model air matches so I've bought Model colour 70.898 and 70.903 which seem reasonable matches. The Vallejo labeling range set up is a bl**dy shambles.

I'm part way through a hobby boss 1/48 TBM3 Avenger and to me, so far, it seems to have both good fit and a nice levels of details. Ticks the boxes for this modeller without doubt. -
Lovely job The Semovente is a great modelling subject what with all those rivets and tracks etc.

the instructions definitely forgot to mention this bit, but as the image you've supplied fits in nicely that's what I'm going to do (ie fit a59). The images I gleaned from a google gave several variations from a flat panel, to a small scoop or a large lump. Thanks Jack, Jason and Duncan now I at least know what I'm doing (unusually). All the best Dave.

Thanks gents, the hole is there which would be for the starting handle the part which I am concerned with fits behind the hole and is not mentioned in the instructions. The picture in that thread shows a blank panel where zvezda have a shallow socket in to which part A59 would, apparently, fit (I haven't tried it). Dave

Hi all, I am just building the Zvezda bf109 f4, after applying a coat of primer on close inspection I have noticed a small 'socket' on the right hand side, as you fly it, halfway between the cockpit front and the machine gun openings. This socket looks as if it needs a part but I can find no reference to said part and fitment in the instructions, although I have found a part that looks as if it would fit (A59) does anyone know if this is correct?

Beautiful model, not my usual cup of tea but a change is as good as a rest as they say. Top job. -
Was there any reason for the rotation to change or was it just a whim of the Rolls Royce designers?
-
There used to be a spray on coating designed for car windscreens which acted as a sun visor (it let some light through) maybe something like that or a pale blue light source which might give a speckled sea floor effect which could be cool.

Marvelous job, love the use of the patterned glass on top. Did you think about a pale ultramarine overall colouring?

Loving this really lurid much better than 'Tiny' Tom Cruise's effort (film that is). Would it be possible to angle the non frying Sherman's gun towards one of the Martians? It seems to me they wouldn't be trundling straight ahead with no aggressive intent. -
Beautiful, love the pictures on the mirror.
