  1. Very nice. Looking forward to seeing more of this!
  2. Love it mate! Looking forward to doing the 1/24 one! Apparently there was another silver Tiffy, I think it was Chris Thomas who told me. All the best!
  3. Wahey! Looks great! I started a MN666 project a few months back and haven't got around to completion yet, I'll be watching this space!
  4. Not too sure, bank of dad was on camera duty, I was just too in awe of the typhoon! Haha. She (the Kestrel) is looking good though, paint and all the decals are on!
  5. Sorry about the long quote guys! Here's a pic I got next to a rather detailed kit...
  6. The dude in the red jacket with the ginger hair and scar on the back of his head is me! Can't wait to get my mitts on one!
  7. Bought another typhoon kit! Hobbyboss from Brampton show for £1.50, and a Hurricane for the same price, how could I say no?

  8. Can't wait to watch this build happen! I feel like I'm witnessing a birth, just without as much screaming and blood! All the best GuidoKM
  9. The band? Not the current band, but here's a clip of me a while back with a French band I was tour with: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilbQD4u_LYo
  10. Thanks WV908, The only thing that troubled me regarding the open hatches was having to split the roundel. But as I'm sure you know, a fantastic kit. Next time I'll do some more planning before throwing the roundels in the water! Haha. All the best GuidoKM
  11. Hi all, Please don't be too judge mental, but I thought I'd share my first attempt at one of the new tooling typhoons that Airfix have recently released. And what a fantastic kit it is, feel bad for not letting it go to someone who knows what they're doing a little better... Haha. But anyway, here she is! I made the starter kit version as that was the only one I could find(and still haven't seen a "normal" boxed kit since) at the Hendon model show. The paints were the ones complimentary with the kit, and in hindsight I wish that I had used the Revell acrylics that I'm used to but C'est la vie! The decals were great, hardly any silvering from them at all. Sadly for all of you I was too excited to get building and so didn't have time to stop, and take pictures in-between assembly stages, this kit was built in a night(and early morning, if you want to get technical) Here she is! The water splodges were sorted, one thing I shall do on the next one is cut the film on the decal so I don't get a mini tent on the side(under the "H") Enjoy All the best GuidoKM
  12. Thanks Kallisti! Whilst I'm here, you wouldn't know how to upload pictures on to a thread from my computer would you? I'm trying to make a new topic with a few images of my Typhoon. I'm not the best with technology... All the best GuidoKM
