We have performed a test build and we are pleased to report that there are no fit problems. Especially, the mating surfaces on the fuselage to fuselage and the joint surfaces between the fuselage and wings, which are perfect. The canopy and other clear parts are also flawless. We are, however, planning to correct some very minor issues detected during the test shot within a week. Then, mass production will commence. Our kit will be ready for distribution by the end of this month or during the first week of October. Thank you for your interest.     Dear Forum members ; Mould production of our RF-84F project is completed and we received the second test shots. Now, we will start to mass production after some minor adjustments. We hope our kit, that will have a realistic appearance with its detail lines and rivet details in different dimensions, is going to meet your expectations with its special part breakdown and its decal set with multiple options. The most detailed section of our kit is its camera bays. In addition to the camera bays consisted of 58 parts, we also offer cockpit, consisting 35 parts, and open-closed canopy options. TANMODEL, with a different application, provides the covers of camera bays closed on the fuselage. Thus, experienced modelers, who love details, can use these cover parts, which we provide separately, by cutting the camera bays along the guide line, if they wish to. We aimed to provide a kit that is easy to build and does not have any fit issues. Moreover, we applied a similar solution to the windshield. It has a design which allows smooth putty and sanding applications. The same also applies to the front camera part of the nose. When the part is connected to the fuselage, natural detail lines will be formed and no issues will be encountered during fixation. Only thing you need to is to mask of camera glass. We used the same design mentality as there lots of clear parts on the fuselage. For our future project, we are planning to continue to manufacture model kits with designs having high-quality model engineering. Our priority is to release kits that meet your expectations.     Dear Forum Members; We have reached to the final stage in our RF-84F 3D design. The design will be completed by the following week and we will provide its final version to your opinion. We made use of; The actual aircraft displayed at Istanbul Aviation Museum T.O. 1F-84F – 3 and 4 Various photos and documents we obtained from modellers. while preparing this design. We strived to provide 1/32 scale details in 1/48 scale for our model kit. Therefore, our kit will feature the following properties : 2 different canopies (open and closed version), with the realistic shape Detailed cockpit consisting of 30 parts Camera bay consisting of 50 parts (including cameras) Camera bay doors to be provided separately with interior details (Fuselage will be closed, however, modellers may prefer to cut out the bay doors and use the separate doors) Camera outer glasses will have frame as a separate piece. Modellers may prefer to install it in open position. This will provide solution for easier joining and prevention of glue marks.     Dear Forum Members, We have just finished to design Tanmodel’s first commercial model kit of Turkish Basic Trainer Aircraft HURKUS- A with close collaboration with TAI. We have officially licenced all our design components from TAI.     Dear forum members; I am proud to inform you that we will have the F-5A model kit whose absence has been felt on 1/48 scale for a long time ready for marketing in the last quarter of August, 2011 with realistic details that have not been provided so far. Original design images of the kit whose mould production was started last week are available at our website that was completely opened yesterday. I am happy to tell you that we prepared a wonderful model kit that consists 75 parts including the Decal set, which was printed by the Cartograf company and has a greater diversity than any other previous F-5A kits, existing holes on the stem, navigation light to be given as a separate clear part on the vertical stabilizer, detailed and modeller friendly canopy opening mechanism, landing gear details, front landing gear whose wheel will be given separately, and realistic cockpit and display panel details.
