  1. Hi, Just been looking through your build of the Avro York, and i have also got hold of a set of Lancaster wings which i would like to try and convert to the York. Where did you get the plans from? Would it be possible to send me a copy or point me in the right direction to getting some of my own.

  2. Hi Tony. I remember those parts - the resin M16 assualt rifle and the other bits. The resin Hummer kit that they came from is still somewhere in my stash... Darius

  4. Hi Tom, There has already been a vacform GB on BM a year or so ago. http://www.britmodel...p?showforum=233 I am sure there would be a good following for a Vacform GB2 - I would certainly be interested - but it may have to wait a while for a slot in the GB calendar. That is, however, for the GB mods to determine. Darius
  5. Great re-entry into the hobby!!! Very nice work on the painting and weathering. Darius
  6. Because its really kind of beautiful in a Gerry Anderson/Thunderbirds sort of way Darius
  7. Looks wonderful - very nice work indeed!!! Darius
  8. Looks really great Oz. I hope AIM bring out some more of these sorts of subject in 1:48. Darius
  9. Sorry that you are so disappointed Walt. I suppose that I will have to flog myself soundly with a dead fish and then try and summon up the strength to carry on modelling. Then again that would presuppose that I actually give a monkeys. Darius
  10. Hi Dave, I have a 1960s vintage Mattell vac-former that I have used to make new clear canopies. I would be happy to make the canopies for you. Send me a PM if you are interested. Darius
  11. I live a few miles due west in West Worthing and the visibility in the morning and early afternoon was abysmal so I can understand the disappointment of those attending today's show. I saw a few aircaft transiting between Bournemouth and Shoreham today (and vice versa) but not that many. The Vulcan flew past just before 5pm, low and out to sea, and was still popping in and out of the cloudbase. Glad I went on the Saturday. Darius
