  1. Morning Dan. See what you mean re the conversation this morning. Anyway. Cracking build and followed it right from the beginning on WIP. It will certainly help with my rendition of the 62 I'm doing. Once again, cracking build and finish. Lenny
  2. Morning Chaps Well it's been a long while since I posted anything here with one thing or another going on. Girlies, Kids and Work (sorry for that foul word) Anyway the pictures below are as follows. Italeri 1\48 scale Tornado F-3 An all round decent model if you want a basic F3. A few cock ups on my behalf and a lot missing from the actual thing but I enjoyed it all the same Revell 1\72 scale F-16 Tigermeet In my very small opinion I think that this is probably the best 1\72 scale F-16 on the market still today. Mine just came together with no fuss or filler and the decals were first class. Tamiya 1/48 scale A-10 Thunderbolt. A very basic but very well molded kit. I did put some extras in the cockpit i.e photo etch but that was it. A bit of filler was used but nothing major. On with the pictures and hope you enjoy. Any feedback is always very welcomed.
  3. I'm lost for words. All I can say is awesome!!!!

  8. Hi all, hope I'm in the right place for this question. Question... What was the Do 335 airframe and outer skin made out of??????????? Reason I ask is that I did a review on the 1\48 scale Revell kit on a youtube video and one of the responces I got from it after I said I was going to rescribe the raised panel lines was not to bother, because it had raised panel lines and it was primarly made from a wooden construction???? I know round about the time of the Do 335 development and test stage that the Allies were bombing Germanys industry but did it come to that it was made from wood??? I do find it hard to take in and was wondering if you guys knew for def because I'm finding it hard to find anything on the net. I've tryed youtube but all the videos are period ones and I don't speak or understand much German. Thanks for taking time reading my waffle and hope you can help me with this one. Lenny
