If you could only visit one of the three aviation museums in San Diego, which would it be? Have a work trip there in February.

Having been to all the aviation museums in San Diego,I can give a good overview , however with your tastes surely you would want to go to the one with a Spitfire. The Aero-Space Museum has a Spitfire SL574 with an interesting history. If you go make sure you look at the leading edge of the stb wing. Also if you do the Aero Space, make sure you do the restoration tour in the basement. Its extra, but worth a look.

Fallout 4 is where I am. Been dwelling in vaults since '97.

I have decided to dishonour myself and do something I swore I would never do. I am going to build 1.35 armour models.

The Confessional Thread will prove useful come the revolution.

I will bet one kiss from these sweet lips that the big Airfix announcement for 2016 is a new Vulcan.

What to build next? Ouragan? Pup? Something else: http://www.scalemates.com/profiles/mate.php?id=12681&p=stash&fkSECTION[]=Kits

Winston Thomas is eight pounds and two ounces, and looks like a garden gnome.

My in-laws are staying with us until the baby is born. I wish my wife was an orphan. No time like the present.

Contemplating luring the baby out with a bowl of warm milk. Or is that tapeworms?

When there's no more room in Hell, High Planes kits will be sold on earth.

Bangers almost impossible to obtain in this country, requests have lead to much confusion and alarm.

Dang - I think I have gained 5 lbs reading your posts. "Read Britmodeller, then head to kitchen". My friends in Vancouver also have great sausages,'smokies' they call them, which when down here, despite extensive supermarket scouring, they can't find.
For bangers though, I can find something called Cantella's Pork Bangers - English style. Close enough they are.

Airfix ain't exactly blowing my skirts up with their planned 2016 releases.

OK, I admit it. The UK does breakfasts better.

I had thought I knew fish and chips, but now I see that I knew nothing. Mr. Cod is my master now.

Leaving for the UK tomorrow! I'm very excited, and I hope all these quack remedies stave off my cold.

Anything I should bring to the UK from the USA, a la Levis to the USSR in the 1980s?

Want to read MiGs over North Vietnam but fear it may turn me more anti-communist than LBJ via the magic of contrarianism.

Can't stop thinking about how much I want to build a Vietanm F-105. But I don't do US subjects. Give me strength!

I really respect Revell's commitment to producing the worst instructions of any of the major brands, not merely in terms of utility, but also, with Teutonic thoroughness, in terms of paper quality, symbology, etc.

Betrayed by my own sinuses.

In short order ruined a Spitfire XIX and botched crosskitting a Hasegawa and Airfix Hurricane. Sigh.

Watch Battle of Britain or listen to my wife...I'm risking divorce for you, Michael Caine.
-
17 builds completed so far for 2015.
-
Somebody just make a resin metal wing for the Airfix Hurricane in 1/72 already.

The hubs on the Airfix P-40B are a tad bit tight, aren't they?
