Fun fact! The crew of Hampden EA-F/P1333, the box art subject for the Valom B Mk.I kit in 1/712, survived a crash-landing to become POWs in 1940. The pilot, pre-war regular MGP Stretton DFM, recorded an oral history for the IWM in 1978: https://www.iwm.org.uk/collections/item/object/80003766
