  1. A lot of different firms do etched templates. Eduard is one, for instance.
  2. It's great to see you back at the bench, Don. I'm with you
  3. Nowotny "I think Galland's a much better modeller than you, Kurt"
  4. Can't wait to see some images of your work. I think I will go after you, showing the engine cowl open.
  5. I have the same kit (as I told you on fb), and it will be my next build as soon as I will finish my Tamiya Firefly. I'm with you, what version are you up to? Ah, you decided to leave the engine cowl open. That nice engine is too good to leave it in the stash
  6. I quote this and add that if you need a picture of a Sherman landing in Normandy then PM me.
  7. I also bought one, do you want mine too?
  8. The rocks are much better now. Maybe the kurogane needs some more weathering, given the poor quality of the japanese colors.
  9. I followed you through the entire build and the result is wonderful, exactly as I expected it to be
  10. Otherwise for smaller diameters this can be used together with a sharp and pointed cutter.
  11. Looks like you will make another masterpiece Given your great skills and the large scale, I look forward to seeing it
  12. Wow, huge thing... I have a 1/32 Eduard and it looks too big for my house... I can't even imagine of building a 1/24 one.
  13. The two drop fairings are the two passive radar receivers on the back? If so are they missing or just misshaped?
  14. The pictures are nice, the plane not so much. The camouflage is totally wrong, no R.A. plane has ever shown such pattern. It must have been repainted by someone who didn't know how to paint it.
  15. Very nice indeed. It's 1/72 as always, am I right?
  16. Wonderful. You have the ability to make my jaws drop, every time.
  17. Very nice model and scratchbuilding. My only question is why you made the cowls silver and not bronze, as it was normally seen on italian RA planes...
  18. I'm building this tiny cute piece of armor, mostly to practice coloring techniques I will use on a 1/48 Sherman Firefly I have on the shelf. Next step will involve mud and snow, as I'm going to put it in a winter scene.
  19. Looks gorgeous, you made me look how much it would cost to have it in my stash
  20. I used on this: a mix of two gunze colours. I have to look on my bench to tell you which ones, though.
  21. You're trying to make me buy this one too, aren't you? Looks terrific, it'll end up a masterpiece. Luckily I have already planned my next acquisition, otherwise I'd be sure to spend 50 pounds...
