  1. KV-2 Big Turret is definitely one of my favourite ww2 tanks. And your result is quite nice
  2. Nice steady hand of yours Preshading is perfect, looking forward to seeing it painted overall. Especially the smoke rings, that scare me to death
  3. Wow, that's an excellent work. If you didn't tell me that the last picture is your bust I'd think it was the real girl..
  4. I agree Some parts of the engine were alu, but it was mostly in black.
  5. Very nice, I'm building one right now and yours is really beautiful
  6. I have the hp-bp and I'm really happy with it. It has a fine nozzle (0,20) that allows to paint fine details and large areas as well. The only drawback is the little cup that forces to reload frequently.
  7. I've been following this thread from the start. Now I have to tell you: you are an artist! It's nearly impossible to believe that is the airfix kit with all its mistakes, you really turned it into a silk purse with diamonds engraved in it
  8. I'm afraid I have to agree with Richard That's just and example, and there's even a reason for the gear struts to be like that. They have to be perpendicular to the runway when the plane takes off and lands, not when the plane is parked. Sorry
  9. I followed you through the build and the result is even better than what I was expecting. That's a real stunner, congrats
  10. Very nice BTW its name is Maiale (which means pig)
  11. There are a couple of decal makers that print smoke rings sheets. I have the Tauro one in 1/48th that I will use on my Tauro 202 as soon as I will hate myself enough to take on that kit
  12. Very nice build so far and very interesting and challenging camo.
  13. Very nice and neat build Looking forward to seeing it painted. Are you going to paint it with smoke rings?
  14. Very nice, it's one of my next builds. What did you use to rig it?
  15. Count me in, I'm still undecided whether to build the 1/32 Eduard E7 Trop or to buy a new F or G in 1/48.
  16. Thank you, Pratchett is, by far, my favorite writer Nice progress, looking forward to read more
  17. The Verde Anticorrosione was a primer was still used, but covered with grigio mimetico. I went to see the image you told, and it is unfortunately the plane at Vigna di Valle, which has been restored. A couple of fellow modelers, specialized in R.A., told me it bears a lot of mistakes. They told me there is no photographic evidence that Grigio Mimetico was omitted. Ah, on the same plane look like the propeller have been painted in grey, but the propellers were painted in light blue/black There's nothnig worse than a badly restored aircraft
  18. Very nice build, but unfortunately the correct interior colour for italian fighters should be gray, not green
  19. Sorry, I'm new to GBs I entered one that has yet to start, that's all. Given it should end on december, count me in. My build will be this: 1/32 Bf 109 E-7 Trop Eduard Profipack
  20. Nice, what sherman is it? The gun's too long for a 75 or 76, is it a firefly?
  21. I can opt in, but it all depends on when it will start. Here summer is really hot and I already have joined the Sherman STGB. If it will start on september or later I can think of joining with my 1/32nd Eduard E7 trop.
