  1. Airwaves Tornado wings looks very interesting, but when I checked price with postage it would be the same price as kit and parts bought so far together (I'm from Poland). I will consider some scratch in this matter. One option is wings folded, second one is unfolded wings with flaps and slats dropped.
  2. I didn't have Hasegawa model in my hands, but quality and details of Revell's Tornado I would compare to Hasegawa's Super Hornet or Academy's Hornet. It's much better than Revell's Eurofighter.
  3. Model was painted with Alclad II White Aluminium over Mr Base White primer. Little panel over guns is Model Master metalizer, Magnesium i guess.
  4. Thanks All of my builds will be posted here, but it can take some time, as i don't have much of it.
  5. Thanks to all of You arnobiz, decals are borrowed from Hasegawa two seater kit. I guess it's a little of s-f
  6. It was experimental model, glued just for quick painting. Gathered experience ,especially about panel lines, is priceless
  7. I have bought some time ago Kitech's kit attracted by info that it is Academy's copy. But it came out a disaster. Panel lines are to rescribe and a lot of putty need to be used. So it will be a long wip thread with a lot of scratch. I only decided to use some Eduard's photoetches, Brassin R-27, R-73 and wheels and Aires nose cone. Some photos:
  8. Inspired by this model from ARC forums decided to have something similar. I'm using Hasegawa Super Hornet, pilot figures from Fujimi Intruder and Pavla seats. At first some cockpit work. Details provided by Hasegawa... Pavla and kit seats Pilots Decals disaster Body closed Polished canopy and pilots in cockpit Some flaps and slots work Gears
  9. True polish modeller can't miss a model of greatest polish ace - Jan Zumbach The plan is to do detailed replica of Zumbach's Spitfire. I'm using some aftermarkets: * CMK wheels * Techmod decals * Montex masks * Quickboost exhaust * Master barrels * Eduard photoetched ZOOM Some progress
  10. Thank's for photo Desert pink with a touch of green is cool idea!
  11. Phil I guess you are talking about back surface of this element? Thanks for highlighting! LGB's will be used in my current Eurofighter build.
  12. I love parallel builds. You can paint, sand and glue in any time - whatever you want Here's the plan: And there is base material. NeOmega intakes has been already shipped. Some in-box photos For now I'm working with weapons. Canopy is polished too.
  13. Hi. I allways liked Tornado, especially with this shark jaw camo. So i decided to have one So my kit is Revell's Tornado and Aires cockpit and whells bays Painting cockpit Closing body And some work with fuel tanks and bombs That's all for now
  14. I had built one Airfix's Sabre before, and I wanted to check how it looks in camo. Panel lines are quite deep so there was a chance that wash would be too contrasting. Check out yourself.
  15. Quite simple and poor detailed model, but finally looks quite interesting.
  16. I've build this model to test dry pastels weathering techniques. Fujimi's kit is excellent. Good decals, interesting paintings and nicely detailed and riverted parts.
  17. Hi. Heres my another model from Sabre family. Painted with Alclad White Aluminium,
  18. Kit with decals is from this boxing http://www.super-hobby.co.uk/products/FJ-4B-Fury.html
