      Hi Nigel,

      Sure thing and here it is..from the Sci Fi GB last year..

       

      Podracer Build

       

      To be honest, I took some short cuts when doing the control rods in order to get it finished in time for the GB.. Where the cables meet the engines and the pod itself are very fragile and the plastic pod pieces aren't really designed for long-term display as I have it. Having said that, she's survived a house move and the weekend show on our club table, with lots of little hands being a bit curious!

       

      I also used most of the kit parts for the engines and pod where better modellers than me will probably replace these with metal tubing or rod...

       

      If I can be of any further help at all, just shout. Would love to see someone of your talent take on a kit like this!

    Does anyone use or has used any of the Pro modellers washes they have out ? Wanna get away from the Humbrol ones I use.

      Do you mean Flory Models washes? (think he was called Pro Modellers back in the day before the C&D from Monogram) I've only used the dark dirt myself and think it's fantastic stuff...
