  12. Hello everybody, My go at the 1/76 bren gun with carrier this model was small got a shock as to how small it was when i got it out of the box.Building the 1/72 elephant next so wanted to have a go at the weathering on this model bit of a practice really i think i maybe overdid it on the weathering/used look i used talc on powder mixed in with paint to get the mud look. Its also my first go at a diorama base not finished painting it yet used plaster o paris to get the base and hump. The piece of wood warped a bit so will protect it more or use a different type of wood. Let me know what you think of it im open to comments dont think its to bad for my second model. But i could be wrong.I know the colours are wrong on the model just used what i had. Sorry about the pictures tried to get good ones but it didnt work out very well.

  18. Thanks for the comments I have got a varnish finish should i have sprayed it on before doing the stickers will it be ok to spray on now? The paint was just what i made up found the instructions quite hard to follow as its mostly in chinese.Got it from a car boot (cheap) the stickers were also the wrong ones for that model so i had to improvise Once again thanks for the comments.
  19. Hello everybody, i came across this website by chance and cant believe the tips and the class of models on here, i have just recently got back into modelling after about a fifteen year break, not really had time to do them before with work etc. I have nearly finished a F-4E Phantom Hasegawa kit i am open to critisisum, i have bought the revell tank transporter kit so that is my next project, I used the Tamiya weathering kit on this model for the area behind the engine is this cheating or does anybody think they are good im not good with a spray gun at the moment so thought i would try these powders..
