  1. Most likely in September, according to the Arma newsletter.
  2. So cute. What's more - Interesting features - unpainted? nose panel and RLM 02? on the wing flap and slat. Would there be any sanctions for a full swastika?
  3. Arma, do you read this ?..... Engine, skis and decals only.
  4. This looks so cute. Romanian 11f is perhaps the most elegant variant of all 11's...
  5. 3-seat low wing with fixed landing gear and belly gondola....
  6. It could be 1/32 P.11f, or P.24.
  7. Zigster - I'm with you demanding from Arma as detailed surface as nowaday technology allows. It sems like executing the fixings / fasteners of removable panels used by PZL, without simplifying them, is above ability of any mould maker (too small and too complicated for 1/48 scale - hence the round bumps on fuselage and teardrop bubbles on engine's corps covers on Arma's 11 surface - forgivable IMHO; I've tried once on Karas to replicate them as simplified by pressing them by injection needle with self made squared tip). Absence of rivets (at least on the renders) is a step back compared for example with their 1/72 Yak. Protruding panels on aircraft surface - for example longitudinal fuselage strenthenings - executed as protruding panels on kit surface are mandatory nowadays (scale realism aside). Trumpeter did them for IAR-80, Arma should as well. I'm waiting with hope for my ordered Arma kits, newertheless without the above-mentioned details - rivets and protruding panels - Arma leaves the room for impovements for another manufacturer; maybe IBG would shrink their 1/32 marvel .
  8. According to rumors, he has no less than 3 spare doubles. so you never know....
  9. Here's a picture borrowed from Arma's blog (1/48 kit sprue render) with red lines added , if that can help:
  10. You mean perforated panels arranged in a cone between the engine and the propeller spinner?
  11. I watched this beast with great pleasure. Thanks for sharing.
  12. Why do they need undercoat (poor adhesion or risk of melting plastics) and what kind?
  13. Eduard reworked their Gustavs some time ago, Emil was not corrected iirc.
  14. Not being an 109 expert, based on many internet opinions, it can be stated that apart from minor anomalies of shape (wide slots, hump behind the cabin) the Eduard 1/48 Emil is significantly oversized.
  15. And few panels at underside wing surface are lapped as well (1/48 SH Spitfire).
  16. This is true, but it can be said about the various desirable features of modern kits. In addition, the lack of rivets leaves room for improvement for a potential competitor.
  17. And all metal Yak-9P as well. One of the most elegant piston fighters ever. Amen.
  18. And maybe worth considering a better way of representing dzus fasteners than far from reality proudly protruding above the surface..... "Old" Tamiya Spitfire I/V showed the right way in this respect imho.
  19. The wing "posted" here - https://www.pwm.org.pl/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=88798 look more like Arma Hobby one, or am I wrong?
  20. A small correction: according to https://www.1944.pl/powstancze-biogramy/malgorzata-o-brien-de-lacy,54260.html - Patryk's son - Hugon - was the pilot. Patryk was 57 in 1945 - a little too old to be a fighter pilot. Patryk O'Brien de Lacy was at that time "in Oflag VI B near Dössel (now a district of Warburg), where he stayed until the liberation of the camp by the US Army in April 1945".
  21. Attack Squadron did "Two stage supercharger engines for Mosquito" but 1/72 scale: http://www.attacksquadron.pl/en/2017/03/03/dh-mosquito-172-scale-resin-accessories/ Arma Hobby info"...Attack Squadron brand production has been cancelled....Production rights were sold to Czech company Brengun…" Brengun 1/72 set (http://www.hauler.cz/e-shop/1-72-accessories-21/dh-98-mosquito-two-stage-merlin-1584) is cheaper than the set in the title,, so rather definitely Brengun offers 1/48 set as well.
