  1. Sweet Spits. Red crowbar is inexcusable though 😉.
  2. Very nice. Please check how the spoilerons work (asymmetrically) - a common misunderstanding among modelers building P-61.
  3. More precisely : "...Lieutenant Marinos Mitralexis of the Greek Air Force rammed using the propeller an Italian bomber" instead of "...Lieutenant Marinos Mitralexis of the Greek Air Force also tried with the helicopter of an Italian bomber" 🙂.
  4. Well, one can only hope the molds weren't scrapped. Were the sales results of the Il-4 and Tu-2 models so poor that it was not worth starting the production of SB-2 from already made toolings?
  5. They wrote in an email on October 31: "....We are preparing new products in 1/72 and 1/48. We hope to have at least one of these models ready this year...." There are only a few dozen days left .
  6. Modelsvit Yaks have nothing common with Yak -7/9 family by ICM. You probably mean the former South Front: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/south-front-48003-yak-1--143595
  7. The disadvantage of Eduard's Airacobra is the too thick/rounded/wrong profile leading edge of the wing, which is especially visible around the radiator inlets. Once seen, it cannot be unseen . Hasegawa kit is much better imho. Modelsvit has released decent 1/48 Yak-1 years ago. Hasegawa 1/48 Hayate is very nice and, what's more, relatively cheap compared to the expected price of the Arma Hobby kit.
  8. Available as preorder in some Polish shops; less than 37 Euros... (for example: https://www.plastmodel.pl/p/655/75471/miniart-48009-p-47d-25re-thunderbolt-basic-kit-1-48-propeller-planes-scale-1-48-military-aircraft.html).
  9. Email from yesterday: "shipment in preparation"; ordered May 8th.
  10. Thanks guys. Noelh you are right about Jablo Rotol propeller - made of wooden composite, often found on Spitfire Vb - but here we have de Havilland duraluminium one - shorter spinner, narrower and quite different shape propeller blades.
  11. Started many years ago and finally here it is. Needs some work to complete and currently outclassed by new Eduard. Out of the box with Quicboost fishtail exhaust, gunsight and Master cannon barrels. Kit's scheme and decals. Hataka orange range paints. Hope You like it:
  12. Most likely in September, according to the Arma newsletter.
  13. So cute. What's more - Interesting features - unpainted? nose panel and RLM 02? on the wing flap and slat. Would there be any sanctions for a full swastika?
  14. Arma, do you read this ?..... Engine, skis and decals only.
  15. This looks so cute. Romanian 11f is perhaps the most elegant variant of all 11's...
  16. 3-seat low wing with fixed landing gear and belly gondola....🙂
  17. It could be 1/32 P.11f, or P.24.
  18. Zigster - I'm with you demanding from Arma as detailed surface as nowaday technology allows. It sems like executing the fixings / fasteners of removable panels used by PZL, without simplifying them, is above ability of any mould maker (too small and too complicated for 1/48 scale - hence the round bumps on fuselage and teardrop bubbles on engine's corps covers on Arma's 11 surface - forgivable IMHO; I've tried once on Karas to replicate them as simplified by pressing them by injection needle with self made squared tip). Absence of rivets (at least on the renders) is a step back compared for example with their 1/72 Yak. Protruding panels on aircraft surface - for example longitudinal fuselage strenthenings - executed as protruding panels on kit surface are mandatory nowadays (scale realism aside). Trumpeter did them for IAR-80, Arma should as well. I'm waiting with hope for my ordered Arma kits, newertheless without the above-mentioned details - rivets and protruding panels - Arma leaves the room for impovements for another manufacturer; maybe IBG would shrink their 1/32 marvel 😀.
  19. According to rumors, he has no less than 3 spare doubles. so you never know....😀
  20. Here's a picture borrowed from Arma's blog (1/48 kit sprue render) with red lines added 😀, if that can help:
  21. You mean perforated panels arranged in a cone between the engine and the propeller spinner?
