Meh not the TAMAR I know....now PRC Army barracks
Not sure what its capabilities are or role...ok for pootling about I suppose ...wonder what rank the old man will be
It looks like they will be used to show the flag, Forth is already down the Falklands, and Medway is in the Caribbean, one is rumoured to be going to Singapore, and one going to the Med, basically doing the guardship roles that would have gone to a frigate

Hard to believe its 1/72, great work

If I remember correctly on RN O Boats the fwd draft marks were just aft of the Foreplanes and the After draftmarks just aft of the Diesel exhaust all were painted red
the bottom of the number was the draft in feet Half way up the number was plus 6 inches top of the number the next complete foot, ie water up to the bottom
of say the number 17 = draft 17 feet, water halfway up the 17 = 17 feet 6 inches, water at the top of the 17 = 18 feet if that makes sense, spent many a cold rainy night checking them every hour, happy days.

Heres a couple of pictures that show some of the airframe stencils and markings on High Vis Wasps if they are of any use.

Another completion a bit of record for me 4 kits in a year, the PJ Production boxing of the HPM Mirage this is one of the early boxings with the overdone panel lines, I am
a fan of this kits as the options are endless I just wish there were more decal sheets for all the different versions. This one is finished as an Aircraft 22 of E.C. 2/13 based at
Colmar in 1980. the decals are from the kit and the Squadron markings from Modedelcal Sheet 88.
Enjoy.

Very nice, reminds me of one of the British P class boats in the 80's when they used her as a sonar target, she was painted red I believe.
