http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234921605-148-revell-wah-64d-apache/?hl=%2B148+%2Brevell+%2Bwah-64d+%2Bapache having build that model there is no detail sets for this kit so you are going to have to wing it. l used bits and pieces from various sets and had to make my own glass displays for the cockpit though with Airscale's PE detail parts sets you can get those in PE now. l can't find my built at the moment but l could find the other

good to know
-
Personally l was going to beat the old Revel kit into a Hasegawa C to make one. Just haven't worked down to it on my list of model builds yet
-
interesting but does it address the different wheel well cover? From what l understand its different from the others

Working on the same kit. Did you find the plastic really brittle? -
got netflix anyways so no biggie
-
this is true but the design must have a purpose in mind but then again they been know to change the design
-
The design makes me think its a warship. So will the series be based in a Federation/Romulan war or one with the Klingons? Would not be the first time a dedicated Starship was designed for battle. The DS 9 Defiant comes to mind

l know some of you vehicle enthusiasts like what is different so l am posting this for you guys to see. Whether some of you know it or not but it is classified as a motorcycle and is licenced as such. The occupants must wear helmets when riding in it. It was parked at my local grocery store l frequent and l took the photos cause it is unique. By the way it is worth $30,000 cnd!

So its almost the same a the Monogram B-36

Wing span is what 2 feet or more?

http://www.modern-hobbies.com/cockpit-sets/a-10c-update-set-for-italeri-kits l bought the Italeri A-10A then got this update set to bring the model up to the C standards. It is a nice set!
-
Wouldn't make sense as making the moulds is a huge expense and the amount of kits produced wouldn't even pay the costs. Then again who knows what the thinking is
-
has anyone ever wrote and asked them?

Canada is looking at the Spartan as a replacement for our aging DHC Buffalos but so far as l can tell no decision has been made but l seen the what it would look like in our yellow S&R colours and it is sharp

Love those Aussie camouflage colors -
wonder if small straws would work too?

I am finding that Stynylrez is good stuff if used as directed. I provides a very nice smooth finish for painting.
-
An option yes but try to find one! Then there is how much will your wallet suffers to pay for one. I am confident though with all the new tool kits coming out here and there you might see a new one.

Or you can use Mr Thinner / leveler with Tamiya
-
There are only two acrylics l use Tamiya and Gunze. For the long time here in Canada we haven't had a distributor for Gunze but l found a online source to get them. They are as every bit as good as l remember. Both spray and brush well. Now l hear that Mr Paint is very good as well and l am keen on trying them when the need arises.
