Due to licensing issues, unless you can find the old Airfix 1/72 boxing, the only source I have found to date is this excellent attempt by >> Jared Bishop<< Corresponding post over on >> ARC <<

Tony, Thunderbird 2, the three pods, 2 vehicles and the Docks two walls and floor were all provided in the kit I bought years ago. My kit number was #33135 which is different to the kit number shown as #00354. The Aoshima web site shows it with 13 vehicles so they may have added to it. Andy

Not sure of the Thunderbirds base, but the others are half decent kits. Here is the only I have built so far - Thunderbird 2 and Container Dock

211 in this gif covering the most of the major variations I have in the decals stash or completed to date no it doesn't, because it is achieveable - my first goal, one at least of each squadron, done in 2006

Thanks guys, really appreciate the comments Just to give you an idea, the number of parts used in this build was 107 - pilots included. To build the same Tomcat using the Hasegawa kit would have worked out at 165 parts - pilots not included. Taking a Tomcat breather now until the F-14 GB over on Flory Models kicks off in May. F-14 Stats to date :- 54 Tomcats built, 64 kits in the Stash and 1 in a holding pattern over the bench

Never used the sheets, always used the 2" pads from the Craft Kit. I use to go through a set in about 6 months, but I tend not to use them as much these days, using Flory Models sanding and polishing sticks instead. I have used them both ways (mainly the 90 degree method) and it doesn't make any difference that I have found.
