  1. I ordered this kit from Russia via ebay last Friday - it arrived today! Ebay had advised that it should arrive between 15 and 24 November. From what I have seen so far the kit looks pretty good and it has the S air duct to the middle engine from the fin intake. There is a separate sprue with the in flight refuelling probe and the rear fuselage refuelling positions. Two sets of decals are included - 1 white with the blue fuselage stripe and I in mid sea grey with the darker grey fuselage stripe. John
  2. I have ordered the RAF Tristar variant for Eastern Express via ebay. The ebay site shows 2 versions, 1 in the white/grey scheme and the in the overall medium sea grey. But I gather that a well known decal manufacturer has it in mind to do RAF Tristar markings. John
  3. I want to get hold of a can of 164 - or equivalent - as well for my RAF Sabre John
  4. I would love Airfix to do the Hunter in 1:48 scale. Even better if it was multi variant so that you model everything from an F4 to the FR10, including the trainers. Come on Airfix - you know you want to! John

  11. The civil versions of this kit have been available for some months now. I gather that Micro Mir are doing an RAF version but wonder when it will be available. Am I getting too impatient? John
  12. Hi Simon, Knowing the trials and tribulations you had with the F100, it has turned out incredibly well. My congratulations! John

  19. I wonder when the 1/48 version will be available? John
  20. Nice photos - it may be a good performer but I do think that the fins are a bit strange. They would look far better IMHO if they were swept back slightly. John
  21. Wow Ian - you certainly push them out - but it looks very nice so well done! When will the masses get to see these decals? John
  22. Wow - they look good. I may have to buy another Meteor!
