  1. This looks to be both accurate and well detailed if a bit fiddly but you're having no issues with it so far John
  2. Nice work in there George. Tamiya won't let you down with fit issues so this one should come together well.
  3. Nice subject choice Chris Going OOB is a good option with this one as the cockpit area is fairly well enclosed so you'll get more time to concentrate on the exterior paintwork. Speaking of which, what scheme are you going with?
  4. While those joins do need some attention the poses of both horses and figures look good as do their proportions.
  5. This one certainly looks to be coming together well thanks to your clever preparation work Mark
  6. Clever work again and yes this one is deserving of an elegant stand to display it.
  7. Coming along nicely Pete. Those extra details add a lot to the overall look of this one.
  8. Thanks for the updates @dimaADA. That you are able to make progress is testimony to the resilience of the Ukrainian people.
  9. Good progress V-P Hmm, splinter scheme Spitfire Whiffs...
  10. It's at these times the potential of 3D printing to produce multiple units while we do something else comes to the fore.
  11. By my rough count that makes for nine of us keen to see @vppelt68's SAAB/Scania GB happen. That's not including @Enzo the Magnificent who, as GB Overlord, cannot and will not show bias but we all know will build at least six models during it
  12. My pleasure Mark. It's such a good idea and was getting plenty of attention so we can't let it fall by the wayside. Aww, princess Sorry Rich, couldn't resist that, whereas in all seriousness you have my sympathies as I understand only too well how frustrating it is to become a stranger at your own workbench. Hope things calm down for you soon fella.
  13. Ah, apologies Bjorn, it is What Would Enzo the Magnificent Do? To which the answer is... Build Them All!
  14. Something of a mixed bag to those parts but it seems you've a decent starting point and this subject is certainly an example from the early days of fixed wing reconnaissance work.
  15. It's a pity Hasegawa never progressed with a two-seat version but at least we'll all get to see what it would have looked like now
  16. Now there's a chat-up line! The sea bass is coming on grand Alan and the purplization may work in your favour to blend the blue into the white froth after a couple more coats.
  17. Rather like the time I spent lovingly scratch-building a cockpit for the blank hole that was in a Hasegawa MiG-17 only to discover afterwards the reference photos used were for a MiG-21
