Paint on! Tried a metallic blue straight from a rattle can, happy with that. White primer for the leather areas, brown for the seats - wood decal to go on top, and a gloss black undercoat for the chrome or aluminium pieces. Moving on slowly.

Anything Lotus gets a thumbs up from me - looking forward to seeing it come together.

Now that's a good looking aeroplane.

Good luck with the build - go easy though if you have the Covid, I think resting might be a good option.

We'll see - mojo might come flooding back once there is a bit of colour on it. Hopefully, tomorrow is that day.

It can't be nearly three months since I posted on this - blimey. Not done a fat lot, though some time at the bench is coming up. Prepped a few bits for a first splash of colour, so we'll see how it goes. Sort of lost the desire to detail much up on it now, but I'll probably add some wiring to the engine just to add interest.

Finished, in the gallery in a mo, thanks to @Enzo Matrix as usual, gonna check out everyone's builds in a while, and already looking forward to December. Big thanks to my partner for support and great grub. (And I still have my Bombay Pot Noodle to tuck into - yum, yum!)

It looks great - not much more to do by the looks of it.
