Do you mean that 110 years old Pallada-class protected cruiser http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_cruiser_Aurora? If so, take a look at theese scans (in Russian, Modelist-Constructor magazine):

Scans are really bad, but I have a full set of this magazine from 1968, and I could scan it for you next week with better resolution. Also, I have a couple of other books, and I can scan them too.
But most of drawings of "Aurora" are as of 1917 (14*6" cannons), so if you want to get info as of Russian-Japaneese war period (8*6" cannons), you should go to the Russian Naval Archive, or to the Russian State Naval Museum.
The kit for "Aurora" was made in the Soviet Union 20-30 years ago, and I have no idea on how to get it.
