Hi Paul, I see you've got hold of the AKAN set which includes the cockpit colour, if it's not such a perfect match you can try a 50/50 mix of H46 and Tamiya X14 sky blue which hits the mark spot on. Good luck with your build, Cheers. -

I do normally leave canopy's open but on this occasion I wouldn't have been happy with the finish, it makes a change to have one closed and I do agree with Tim that the lines of the aircraft look much better. Cheers, Mike...

The breakdown of the kit does leave a nasty seam between the cockpit tub and the fuselage side, the tub was already painted and I didn't fancy trying to fix it without damage. If I do another I think I'll plan ahead and try and do it open. Thanks again chaps....
