Home made pease pudding with a nice thick slice of boiled ham in a fresh baked barm is heaven but I am not sure it would go with the brown sauce in the bacon butty.

Got to be HP brown sauce - and that from someone who grew up in the shadow of the Heinz factory...

B-17 Flying Fortress: El Lobo II-Build
brianthemodeller replied to Joanna's topic in Work in Progress - Aircraft
For reference material it would be worth searching out @Fozzy’s 1/20 B-17G build - possibly the most accurate scratch built B-17 build ever! it’s in here somewhere but possibly easier to search via Google.- 14 replies

You know you are getting old when you find you graduated before your daughter's university tutor was born!

So, for the last 10 years or so this amazing build thread has been on the first page of the Sci-fi section. I didn’t want that record to be spoiled so, in @roma847 ‘s (Manfred’s) absence, I thought I’d give it a little bump! Hope that’s OK?

I would just like to say how much I admire those who acknowledge they have a problem and then go through hell to address it - be it alcohol, drugs or whatever. I am a volunteer with the ambulance service and frequently see the damage that addiction can do to a person, their family and friends, and the wider public so well done to all that are trying so hard to control it.

Like the previous posts, I only knew him through his builds on BM but he always struck me as one of the good guys. Please pass on my condolences to his family.

Ay up Wolfie, long time no speak! Great looking bike and the same colour as the one I had as a replacement for my Bantam a few years ago!

I was totally confused as I got it twice (happy to donate one to someone who didn’t get it at all). Dawned on me that my phone is dual Sim (EE and BT) but they managed to send it 15 minutes apart.
