  1. I noticed there's a MAFVA post which says it's FS 33070, which is one made by LifeColor. Not sure how exact that is though.
  2. Thanks Mike. You wouldn't have it in Tamiya or Vallejo money, would you?
  3. Archer does sets of generic numbers: Red: https://www.archertransfers.com/AR72038R.html White: https://www.archertransfers.com/AR74001W.html The numbers are 3.66mm in height.
  4. I think if it's for your lad then do whichever pattern he likes. Plain grey always works but it's a bit boring.
  5. I'm looking at doing an Australian Matilda. Does anyone know what colour they were? Were there left in their original KG3 from Britain? And if it's KG3, I found that my LifeColor UA219 Olive Drab Fs 33070 comes up very similar next to my colour chip in Mike Starmer's The Caunter Scheme. Anyone else tried this? The LifeColor is supposed to be "early US Olive Drab up to 1943".
  6. I can thoroughly recommend LifeColor if you want a good set of DAK colours. You're better off buying the pots individually than getting the sets if you just want the DAK stuff.
  7. Does anyone happen to know when the reissue of the Spitfire Mk I is due out? In time for the BOB anniversary or before?
