Epeeman, cheers. The runway I got off e-bay some time ago, came in a pack of 4,(all different) and the guy I bought them from was making his own. I do believe he only done them for a couple of weeks, because I haven't seen them since.
Cheers lads. What about the combat colours worn by the regiment guys. I'm going through some of greens in the humbrol range and just don't seem to be getting a decent look. (Tia again)
I recently picked up a Matchbox He-111 for 30p, and as usual there's always a catch. The left engine cowlings are missing, along with the gunner's canopy on the top of the fuselage. I figure I can use a spare canopy from my spares box but is it possible to pick up an Juno engine from somewhere, and I'll make a scene with it. TIA. Sean
Agree with the chaps , lots of info to be found if you so desire. Fairly new here my self and picked up plenty of tips and tricks myself just by being nosy.
Regardless of what or how you do your modelling, just remember to enjoy yourself. Sean
I am making a Phantom at the moment which is ready for paint. The kit (Italeri) calls out a white underside, while a reference book (Flying Colours) calls out a light grey. It will be Vietnam era, so which will it be? All help appreciated. Thanks.
