  1. It's a no brainer…..I really don't want to grow up….EVER. This is fantastic, a superb build. I am as excited as I was when I bought my first Airfix "Super Kit", a new red stripe Spitfire 1a back in…...
  2. Quite right…….and…..if it were not for the 14 pages of discussion we would each go out and make up our own mind based upon our own individual research and would not be swayed on the opinion of others. For me, I will look at the kit when it hits the shops and if I like I will buy, if I don't I may still buy because of the subject, depending on my assessment of my value for my money.
  3. Just looking at that last picture…..it looks so lifelike. Are you sure it's not a real one in a light blue hangar? Fantastic.
  4. Superb, lovely finish and as has been said so unusual.
  5. I've always liked the look of the Draken (and Viggen), this looks superb and cracking "in flight shots"
  6. This is rather nice. I don't think you can beat the clean lines of a modern sailplane and when you think the altitude record for a sailplane in the UK is 36,000' it sort of puts the efficiency of the machine into perspective. I love the look of this against the blue background taken from a low angle. Well done, lovely job.
  7. I'm sitting on one or two in my stash and with the best will in the world….. I'm liking this a lot, the painted insignia and codes look so much more life like. Looking good, can't wait to see this done.
  8. Lovely job, just goes to show what can be done with a bit of talent. Very nice.
  9. I think this the same guy that was building a 1/32 HK B-17 over on LSP? He went to a lot of trouble to highlight errors in the kit and then went on to do something about it, his work was amazing. He pulled off there late last year, I can only assume because he came in for load of unwarranted stick from certain quarters. It's a shame that he's no longer on here.
  10. Magnificent. Seeing this superb build finished I really don't get the negativity surrounding this kit. It looks awesome in the photos, I can't imagine what it must look like up close at nearly a metre wingspan.
  11. Interesting build, what you're doing looks really good, as I'm into r/c I'd want to fly it With this model I have a feeling the u/c position shown on the plan is not in the scale position, I think the mounting is further out to widen the track with the intention of improving the ground handling. It makes quite a difference to the appearance when viewed from the front. Good luck with the build.
  12. Lovely job, looks really good. This has made me go out and get a second one today
  13. Very nice! One in my stash to build. In a previous life a little lad called it a Super Speedy every time he saw an image of it, I think it fits. Lovely job, thanks.
  14. Lovely build and display. Hmm, I know what you mean but a cracking model, just wish I could get something finished to this standard.
  15. OMG. Lovely build. I still have my Frog kit built example, didn't realise I built it 38 years ago!! Not a patch on any of these lovely builds. Thanks for posting
  16. Hmm, this one looks pretty good, at first glance I would have bet it was 1/48. Nice job!!
  17. Lovely. Attention to detail makes this stand out.
  18. Wow, that's fantastic, beautiful work. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished model.
  19. Superb, I'm not an airliner fancier but these are rather good……where did it all go wrong? Classic British Jetliners….wonderful.
  20. Lovely job of a rather pretty aeroplane. Nicely done.
