  1. Well this will be a first for me, I have never built a car before After a few problems with the decals for the Camo car, I have switch builds to the FedEx car The decals for this build are kit ones The kit will be a donor one from Revell, this means there is no boxing, no decals just the kit in a bag and the instructions
  2. After talking with Mish and Lloyd, and as it seams this will not get the required support to have it as a GB, we have decided to do a "buddy build" What we will do is post up in the Vehicle Non Military forum under the title of NASCAR BUDDY BUILD, if you want to join in just post your builds up in the forum with the title NASCAR BUDDY BUILD then what you are building ie Tony Stewart #14 Burger King 2009 Daytona Chevy Impala Pepsi 400 Winner No time limit so if you wish to join you can fit it around your other builds in progress
  3. Well if this goes ahead count me in for this one, I have the cars, the decals and well there is only one driver that I could think of doing
  4. Nice one Lloyd, you going to try and beat your build total for last year of 58 completed models? For those of you who do not know Lloyd, he can build a model OOB (it was a 1/48th Airacobra) the day before the club contest, as that was the only class he did not have anything for. Enter it, mind you it did have wet paint signs next to it LOL, and take first place 1/48 OOB

William B Berlin Express + Artwork - Winged Mustang, a/c from Anderson This aircraft later became The Berlin Express complete with the white wall tyres and the squadron code letters B6-0 I have checked the decals Mish has used from Eagle Strike, and the manufacture has used the wrong number on the tail for the aircraft depicted
  6. Nice model there Ray, never seen this model before
  7. I have put the Hasegawa F-14 to one side, yes all the normal issues with this kit. I would like to get a Tomcat finished for this GB and with this in mind I have gone for the Hobby Boss F-14A kit. I will be adding the following 1. Aires Resin Cockpit (on order will have this early next week) 2. Aires Resin Burner Cans (as above) 3. Quickboost ejection seats with safety belts 4. Master Alfa Probe & Angle of Attack Probe 5. Resin wheels, these will be either Aires or Wolfpack 6. Wolfpack F-14A update set (this is for the Tacan antenna) 7. Decals will be from Fightertown, their VF-84 Victory in the Storm, not sure which aircraft I will be doing yet 8. Weapons, if I do the CO's aircraft, 201 (early), 201 Cat Snatch Fever (the all grey one) or CAG's aircraft 200 (early-late cruise) I will use the Eduard Brassin Sidewinder's, Sparrow and Phoenix missiles
  8. Nice progress on this Peter, does look like it goes together a lot better the the Hasegawa one
