  1. Well Done. I had forgotten what she looked like. They sure made cargo ships look a lot different back then.
  2. Never knew him, but loved his posts. Definitely missed. (Sorry for the thread hi-jack).
  3. I am just blown away. Will there be any way later to see all that you have built with the 2md (deeper) hanger? Good luck on this giant project!
  4. After getting pinged by Wez in another thread, I would like to join with my Plus Model EC-121 Warning Star.
  5. Really excited about the upcoming Bucc. But, am I reading those boxes in the back right, Airfix is releasing 1/35 armour? Also, are there more shots of the Wellington?
  6. Great job on this build. What did you use for your wash? edit: Sorry to resurrect such an old thread.

  12. Could always call the French to use their big, shiny carrier and it's air wing...
  13. Thanks for all the replies. I had been working with a gel (thick) super glue, but the buildup on the parts was driving me crazy! I will look into using a PVA for it too! Have to look for that 560 stuff, sounds great! Thanks again, John
  14. Hi all, I am trying to us PE. I am pretty new to it too. I am trying to get it on my 1/700 scale russian cruiser, however it is quite a challenge. My question is this. What types of glue do you use and what do you find best? Thick or thin superglue or something else? Thanks, John
  15. So, you're not just an artist with the airbrush and plastic, you are a musician too??? I am hopelessly outclassed, sir... Guess it's time to go get a
  16. Isn't that ALWAYS the answer???
  17. I would like to add my 'Well Done' to the list here. She is a fabulous looking 25 year old model. I would have been proud to build it!
  18. Sir, you continue to give me something to aspire to, skill wise!
