There's also Tamiya spray cans too, think there might be two versions of the same colour????? Steve

It's the first time I have noticed the crazing effect, even though I have used it before on other kits!!

I had a look at my newly Kleared Hawk and have noticed very fine crazing when I held the model up to the sunlight! I also only used a very small amount applied by brush, over Humbrol enamels in my case, anyone know if this is the norm????

Having "adjusted" the settings on my FR24, I can't see any military aircraft at all today! Can anyone help me with settings that they are using, I thought maybe the RAF were having a day off today until I seen the above posts!!!!!

I was watching Hawks doing the very same thing on Friday on FR24, do they disappear when they go "low level", they seem to reappear sometimes, a few minutes later????? Steve

My daughter has been tasked by her Air Cadets OC, with building the above kit, however, as I am a jet and helo man, I have no idea about this era of aircraft!!! The paint scheme on the upper fuselage is the standard dark green and dark earth, however, the lower fuselage is black on one side and white on the other according to the rear of the box??? Can anyone tell me which colour, black or white should be applied??. Any help muchlay appreciated Steve

I remember one flying over our position back in the late 80s in the middle of the night, whilst I was stagging on somewhere near Thetford! I had never seen or heard such an aircraft before! Totally amazing!!
