  1. Cheers its the Eduard 109E3 in 1/32
  2. Thats right. If you use a weekend 109E1, the whole deal is about £48
  3. The masks were great. Used preshading for the first time. This is 71/65/Nato Black Last one
  4. Bit of silvering on the alleycat decals unfortunately
  5. I have enjoyed this. This is Grabmann's 109B, with wing guns from needles, brass cowling guns, aires pit and resin wheels from Brassin.
  6. Very neat. I found that I should have probably allowed 1mm less cut on my fuselage. The trickiest join I found was the cowling to top deck. My foul up on the cutting. Can I suggest you start with the upper wings to fuselage and then add the lower? You know I forgot to scribe the fuel filler.... Too keen on spraying! The Eduard plastic is really thin isnt it? Bendy though! I just got these Brassin wheels which look super. The spinner on mine is eccentric, but you dont notice too badly. I might do an A next and try the slat extensions out. Most of my minor troubles have been my own fault. It would be nice to find a flexible adhesive that joins resin-resin and resin-plastic quick but isn't brittle. I have trouble with CA glue.
  7. I have one on the go on the LSp forums if you want to look. There are some pitfalls, but I was impressed with the ease of it.
  8. I wouldnt have renewed anyway. This month's issue is awful.
  9. I have noticed a couple of other bits too. I think the horizontal canopy frame in the rear section on the E1-3 is an internal frame with the plexiglass bent round it. i.e its painted RLM02 not external colour. I am also wondering if the A-B conversions from A2Z need a mod to the wheel covers. I think the A and maybe B at least had a semicircular wheel well cover not with a rear cut out. I think it caught the mud so they modded it after Spain
  10. Actually, having grown up in West Yorkshire, you know when the Kids are at risk when ther mam pronounces it "Fambleh" instead of family
  11. Pants=shorts=underpants=grundys=grits=cack hammocks shorts=undies=short trousers Try that for pronunciation. You can google the lyrics to when the boat comes in!
  12. The Spit Spinner works well as a DH spinner on the Airfix Hurri, but you might need to fill the spinner's blade apertures or rework the prop. I used it with Trumpeter Spitfire prop and there was a gap. Sizewise, its convincing.
