  1. Really well finished hornet in a great scheme. That little hornet kit is really nice, think I may have to dig one out of my stash now! Great stuff.
  2. Hi Thanks for the nice comments, it's really appreciated. apologies for the late reply, work and Telford kind of kept me busy :). Anyway, finally saw some daylight while home today, so managed to get some daylight pics as requested.
  3. What a great finish you have achieved! Really great model sir, the paintwork is amazing. I've built the revell kit but this one is on my 'to buy list'....and you have just made me move up to the top! I love the galaxy and all things 1/144...great stuff!
  4. Thanks everyone. Blabber Mouth, the kit is amazing. The best phantom kit by a long way! I am waiting for Platz to re-release it so I can get a few more. Thanks again Tim
  5. Hi Please find my latest kit, the revell 1/144 Tornado using the xtradecal sheet. The kit is lovely and the decals are really good. The only bits missing are the laser parts under the nose, once I have found some I will add them to the aircraft. i hope you like it
  6. Hi can I please join with the 1/144 a-model? I think I would like to do a grey green camo version. hope this is ok Thanks Tim
  7. Hi i haven't posted very often (my apologies) but wanted to try and be a better britmodeller, so thought I would share my last finished kit. its the 1/144 Platz f-4j which I fully intended to do as the Jolly Rogers version OOB, but once it was together and undercoated I thought it would look so much better as an RAF one I kind of changed my mind. Now I know it's not quite right and I should have removed bumps from the wings and the fuselage isn't as it should be, but I can live with it in this scale ( my prefered scale anyway). i did cut the cans down and add an RWR. I also used the 1/144 hunter and tornado decal sheets from xtradecal. Hope you like it, apologies to all the phantom purists :).
  8. cheers guys. Yeah, in 1/144 you can get away with it. Im doing the same for my 1/144 tomcat for this gb Tim
  9. http://www.aircraftresourcecenter.com/Gal1...-14-Dix/00.shtm Hi, not sure if this link has worked properly, but this is my 1/144 tomcat with dropped flaps and slats (as above) Cheers Tim
  10. Looks good dude. Cant wait to see the santa cat. Looks good dude. Cant wait to see the santa cat.
  11. Excellent news, thanks, Yes, I agree the revell one is the best, I have some old dragon decals with the miramar tomcat on the tail. I think I may do that version on a Revell kit. Tim
  12. Hi Can I jump on board pleasee? I'm in desperate need of regaining my modelling mojo and I love the big cat. It will be a kit in 144 scale, just not sure which one to chose. Tim
