Hello @Ettore, Yes, they both sound good, and builds with personal links tend to be more interesting - mention your links when you start your build thread. p.s. I found this about the Cr 25 (translated) https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=it&u=http://www.assodispade.it/fiat_cr25.html&prev=search In Italian: http://www.assodispade.it/fiat_cr25.html

Airfix 1/72 Spitfire MKI
Robert Stuart replied to Valkyrie's topic in Royal Air Force Centenary Groupbuild
That pin-lining does look sharp - I'll be intersted to see the outcome. -
Sorry for the slow reply, yes to Ju-88's of V/KG40 (KG40?). Hello Ettore, I think we need more information ... Westland Wessex, let us know more about its duties at the time. FL 282 V6: Did the Germans use V numbers to designate prototype or development aircraft? Was it used operationally? If so, how? Caproni Ca 313/314: In a maritime patrol role, yes. Transport and trainer roles, no. Fiat Cr 25: Were these assigned to 173a Squadriglia Ricognizione Strategica Terrestre? And was the strategic land reconnaissance squadron used, in practice, in a maritime reconnaissance role?

A month since I last posted. It's been hectic IRL, having to move out of my old work place at very little notice, then finding a new one surprisingly quickly. Back to modelling this morning, and I made the not so clever move of dropping my airbrush while cleaning it - so this will be finished using a hairy stick.

What filler are you using? I use Milliput, which, if applied with water can be smoothed on and wiped down wet - so rarely needs sanding. It sometimes needs a reapplication if theres shrinkage (rare). -
Thanks to you Colin for taking part. You've done a good job here, I've seen it in the gallery surrounded by crew - well done.

Night Reaper? IMO That had attractive nose art. There is/was a profile of Night Reaper with red oxide patches, think it was in Profile Publications Theres a scan on this link https://www.modelflying.co.uk/forums/postings.asp?th=134491 p.s. You may have to zoom in to spot the patches. -
That's looking good Dave, but Saturday does look a bit close unless you could work on this during the week.

That’s coming together nicely @Phantome, even with the short run fit problems - it looks like a Meteor. -
