  1. Hello @Ettore, Yes, they both sound good, and builds with personal links tend to be more interesting - mention your links when you start your build thread. p.s. I found this about the Cr 25 (translated) https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=it&u=http://www.assodispade.it/fiat_cr25.html&prev=search In Italian: http://www.assodispade.it/fiat_cr25.html
  2. And now, a first go at green on the Dark Earth ... Hmm, needs retouching in places ...
  3. That pin-lining does look sharp - I'll be intersted to see the outcome.
  4. I think it is the same kit @Valkyrie, the plastic looks similar - and yes, Airfix have some good kits now they are using CAD in the development. The Fw190 was good, I flew it occasionally in IL2 racing (wish I could find my skins for that!), though the late La5 and La7s were better racers.
  5. OK Ettore, thanks. If you have a kit, the Cr 25 would be a bit different here
  6. Sorry for the slow reply, yes to Ju-88's of V/KG40 (KG40?). Hello Ettore, I think we need more information ... Westland Wessex, let us know more about its duties at the time. FL 282 V6: Did the Germans use V numbers to designate prototype or development aircraft? Was it used operationally? If so, how? Caproni Ca 313/314: In a maritime patrol role, yes. Transport and trainer roles, no. Fiat Cr 25: Were these assigned to 173a Squadriglia Ricognizione Strategica Terrestre? And was the strategic land reconnaissance squadron used, in practice, in a maritime reconnaissance role?
  7. A month since I last posted. It's been hectic IRL, having to move out of my old work place at very little notice, then finding a new one surprisingly quickly. Back to modelling this morning, and I made the not so clever move of dropping my airbrush while cleaning it - so this will be finished using a hairy stick.
  8. Never mind the stalled build, you are very welcome to join us Shaun - we start in just over two weeks time (21 July)
  9. What filler are you using? I use Milliput, which, if applied with water can be smoothed on and wiped down wet - so rarely needs sanding. It sometimes needs a reapplication if theres shrinkage (rare).
  10. Thanks to you Colin for taking part. You've done a good job here, I've seen it in the gallery surrounded by crew - well done.
  11. The Grob Tutor sounds like a good option, good luck with the build.
  12. Night Reaper? IMO That had attractive nose art. There is/was a profile of Night Reaper with red oxide patches, think it was in Profile Publications Theres a scan on this link https://www.modelflying.co.uk/forums/postings.asp?th=134491 p.s. You may have to zoom in to spot the patches.
  13. That's looking good Dave, but Saturday does look a bit close unless you could work on this during the week.
  14. @Kallisti, sorry to miss you from the build, I hope your move goes well. Everybody, my own apologies to you. I'm in the middle of an unexpected move myself
  15. That looks better Steve, you have a nice build - even with the nose job!
  16. Nicely done Cliff, that's a handsome Lightning. Thank-you Cliff
  17. That’s coming together nicely @Phantome, even with the short run fit problems - it looks like a Meteor.
  18. Contact button is under Help at the bottom of the screen, street address and direct email is at the bottom of the Privacy page (link below Information, at bottom of Jadlam's web pages)
  19. Puma ot tiger, those decals look good either way Colin. How do you make your decals?
