    That brings back memories ,I remember pestering my dad to buy me one at the Model Engineering exhibition at Wembley Conference centre ,I built it straight from the box ,unpainted . I went and bought one a few weeks ago ,ah the nostalgia

      I did not order anything from The Works, sorry. I hope your order arrives promptly, but would be interested in whether you ordered from Ebay or their website.

    I hope it is only the BBMF aircraft that the technical issues ,not all Merlin powered aircraft ,otherwise ,Duxford will be very quiet in a few weeks time !

    I have just come back from Old Warden ,a good show ,unfortunately the Gladiator had to make an emergency landing ,in nearby field ,it seems the aircraft and the more importantly the pilot are OK Has anyone else got any more news ?

    Interesting ,the one I built (many years ago) seemed more accurate than the Airfix kit ,the tyres for example ,had the correct tread on them .
