  1. Hi gentlemen, the new helicopters are Heller kit reboxes as we have very good relations with this French manufacturer.
  2. AliGauld - there is no problém. To correct what we can correct is one of the reasons I am here discussing with all of you. We will double check this in the future, I promise. It is the end of June, company is switching to the summer mode now. All the team wish to you pleasant holidays, refreshing sunny days and, of course, happy modelling.
  3. Gentlemen, thanks to your comments we have corrected the instructions. These new ones have correct numbers, correct gunner station and the numbers of original SMER are equal to that in the instructions. We have to apologise ourselves, final versions will be on the web for download from this Friday. Jan
  4. I am watching gentleman and asking the executed author for another changes.
  5. Gentlemen, we have corrected the instructions in our IL-2 kits. Corrected version can be downloaded here - KPM 0136 - http://www.modelarovo.cz/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/KPM0136-instructions-WEB.pdf KPM 0137 - http://www.modelarovo.cz/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/KPM0137-instructions-WEB.pdf Let me apologise for any complications we have caused by this our mistake. Author of the instructions was immediately executed in front of the company…. 🙂 For detailed references I strongly reccommene excellent Warpaint book - https://www.guidelinepublications.co.uk/index.php?GOTO=476&PICFILE=476&STKNR=476&STRH=&ORDN=&RNZ=735691 Over and out, Jan
  6. Gentlemen, thank you for your comments on the instructions in our IL-2 kit. We are working on the correction, which will be available to download as PDF file from our website, I will post the link here. To the "missing parts: - Pitot tube and balance horn are a little bit above the production limits in our technology. But I think it is not big problém to do it as scratch. Sorry for discomfort. Gunner seat - there was no seat in Ilyushin. He was sitting on simple strap. The best is to do it from thick paper or from the piece of magnetophone tape (I apologise to younger modeler who do not know what I am talking about). I will inform you as soon as possible.
  7. Hi Roman, together with Gisela is one ANR camo scheme, if I remember good "White 5" (not sure, I am out of office - Sunday boys…). This box is planned after summer holidays.
  8. Hi Edge, quick question in KP/AZ and here is the answer - yes there will be re-edition, but not in this year. Moulds have to be modified for another systém of moulding and it takes time and money... Re-edited Oxford can be released later in 2020.
  9. Another agro aircraft in KP portfolio - LET Z-37T AGRO TURBO 1/72, planned for Modellbrno 2019. More in the link - http://www.modelarovo.cz/let-z-37t-agro-turbo-1-72-kp-kovozavody-prostejov/
  10. Hi Paul, unfortunately I do not have any info on FD. 2. The last info was to make it for Telford this year, but it looks more probable, that Cessna family is planned for the show instead of FD. I will ask and come back to you with more proper info.
  11. Avalon will release in May new decal sheet covering the service of Bristol F.2b after the Great War. More in the link - http://www.avalondecals.com/index.php/2019/05/21/7020-bristol-f-2b-in-post-war-service-coming-soon/
  12. Avalon will release in May new decal sheet covering the service of Bristol F.2b after the Great War. More in the link - http://www.avalondecals.com/index.php/2019/05/21/7020-bristol-f-2b-in-post-war-service-coming-soon/
  13. Dear Jose, when I was designing decals and schemes for the new Erla Bf 109, I have got some photos and remark - see "Wolowksi book pages...". So, it can be that these two schemes are wrong, I am not a Luftwaffe expert. (In fact I am not expert in anything...) Your claim has been passed to Petr Muzikant, let us see what we will do with the issue. Anyway, my deep apologies for that problem. I hope that the next boxes will be correct. MODELLBRNO - yes KP/AZ plan some new kits for this action. There is LET Z-37T Turbo Cmelak prepared, in civilian and military version. Another civilian kit is ZLIN 142, both in 1/72 scale. Then there is "John Thompson Line" - we hope that all will work and Lavochkin La-5 razorback and La-5F will be present there. Looks good today, so let us see. KP/AZ will present some new boxings of existing kits - new boxing of Erla 109, including Hartmann aircraft, I hope with correct camouflage schemes, Spitfire Mk. Vc in RAAF service, if I remember well LVG C. VI with lozenge camouflage schemes and some more. Will post complete list later... Piper Pawnee - I do not know exactly, as this project was done by Mr. Hybner, but I gave him a lot of photos from Medlanky airfield so I expect that this scheme is included.
  14. I expect that only minimum of kits was completed for Moson show. So it will take one or two weeks more.
  15. To the civilian aircraft once more - KP released two new gliders in 1/72 - Astir and Czech VSO-10, both are Club Class aircraft. It is nearly half of the year. We will see if Cessnas will reach Telford this year...
  16. To be here and answer your questions is very nice. Some of you became my "pen-friends", some of you I know personally. Spending time here is a pleasure. Have you heard that AZ is working on completely new X-3 Stiletto and what if SR-53 twoseater? 🙂
  17. Gentlemen, I did not say that KP/AZ cancelled Cessnas. In contrary Petr asked me to start with 3 views. It is clear signal that it is close. Even more close is another civilian project, Piper Pawnee.
  18. Dutchplane - it is reasonable question. But, it is not so easy as you think. Just to explain - I can tell you in Telford "Yes, we will do Me 262 the next year. And even we are working on it. Then we can realize that Airfix will release it. So we have to decide if we will release it or not. This kind of war is not good for both sides. So even if I told you Me 262 is in the pipeline, we postpone it. And, this will cause also Cessnas. Because Me 262 had to bring us some cashflow we can make civilian aircraft with much more lower cashflow expectations. But 262 cash is not coming. So, it is postponed also and we have to do " Plan B". It is a complex. Everything connected with everything. AZ as a small company has to have big manouverability, believe me. I am not personally a friend of announcing news which are a little bit far, but we have to do it. We have to inform our distributors and end customers to influence their purchase plans.... Etc. Etc. Come to our stand in Telford this year and we can discuss it personally, you know you will get answer to all your questions.
  19. Gentlemen, kit release planning is a complex question. It is affected by many factors. Among them - Market needs and capacity, it is a case of Miles Master f. i. There were more serious projects fulfilling the market needs. Cashflow, it is a question of Cessna family. After the sales figures of Piper Cub KP/AZ decided to postpone another civilian high-wing aircraft. Technological problems, it is a case of P-47B or Bf 109G-12. How to make canopy for G-12 was a problem KP/AZ was working on for moreless year. Competition, it is a case of Arado 96. Everybody knows SH released the same kit and there is no room on the market. "Too much Spitfires", when some companies release the same type even in various versions it is not so fine to release one more. It is a case of Spitfire Vc. And in the end, Capacity, KP/AZ team is very small, some ten people in total, including freelancers. So, time to time is necessary to switch to the project which is not so much time consuming to keep cashflow and other economical aspects on reasonable level. Working on the new kit looks a little bit another way then to tell ourselves " This we will release this week..." I hope that my answer explained the complex of kit production.
  20. What you think happened Marko? I think that they work on it. Kit is not a question of one week, you know...
  21. Gentlemen, I have taken spy pictures during my visit in KP/AZ..... New 109G-12 sprue - and lang awaited 109G-10 ERLA is here. It is for the first time in any scale ERLA with correct nose shape... Sorry for the quality of pictures, I have used my chinese mobile phone...
  22. Hi Michael, I know about that horrible mistake. Unfortunately nobody fluent in English (or Czenglish) was present when box was made. It is printed already. I hope that this mistake will not affect the sprues.... When reprinted, we will correct it. "Swept wing" version is not planned. It is thanks to the fact that KP have opportunity to buy moulds from SMER and there was no plan to design the whole kit. When looking for references, do not forget excellent Warpaint book.
