Thanks Tim! Going along nicely! As for the Hase vs. Kinetic issue; I have some nice Canadian decals for a RCAF option. Camouflaged etc. The Kinetic now becomes tempting too, reading your report, especially the Italeri boxing. I expect the decals to be their usual good quality bunch! Hi Tim, Very nice build. Creative solution to the tyre-tread problem too! Concerning the differences between the Hasegawa & Kinetic Sabres: I thought I heard people say the Kinetic was basically a reworked Hasegawa? That the differences were engraved panellines and rivets? If not, can you please elaborate in which way the Kinetic kit is better? I have the Hasegawa myself but if the Kinetic is definetely better I might get myself a Kinetic/Italeri kit. Thanks! Erik.

Hello guys, I have some ideas how the internals of the Noth American F-86's were painted or not but I have no clue what Canadair did. Especially concerning the RAF camouflaged examples, so: -What were the colors of the airbrake wells and the inside of the airbrakes? -What were the colors of the u/c wells and the u/c doors? -What color was the cockpit painted? If black as the US variants, was there also a change-over to grey around 1956 like in the USAF? -What color was the intake trunking in camouflaged Sabres? Thank you very much in advance! Erik.
