I've noticed the streaking a bit, I think maybe I didn't stir the paint up enough or something. I also used a smaller brush, which lead to a lot of dabbing. What is a cocktail stick? Painting is always the part of modeling that gets me the most frustrated so hopefully I can work on making the problem better rather than just throwing in the towel.
