  7. Well, I had been searching for some vehicles in 1/720, too, and since that proved impossible, I decided to build my own...In order to build 5 of them I actually destroyed 15...but I think it was worth it!!! I built 3 trucks I I tried to make them resemble the Opel Blitz model...), a fuel truck (the same...) and a bus. At least they were better than the ones I launched to the back yard...I wanted to build a Kubelwagen as well, but that proved impossible... The vehicles in front of a 1 cent coin... ...and here they ae on the coin!!!!!!!!! This is 1/720............ Gentlemen thank you for your time and attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. And now let's get down to work...in order to fill in the space between the buildings and the ship, I decided to build a small train in 1/720...the engine consists of more than 20 pieces of plastic, wire, aluminum foil etc. 2 fuel wagons (about 20 pieces each) and some other carriages with the ship's boats (about 10 pieces)... This is the enine in 1/720... ...the 2 fuel wagons... ...and the rest of the wagons... ...and this is all of it!!!!
  9. Gentlemen thank you for your kind words!!!!!!!!!! I'm glad you like it so far!!!!!!!! Now, as for the second german carrier, I think it would be given the name of Peter Strauss...however, fortunately enough, even the Graf Zeppelin was not completed...Update coming in a few minutes!!!
  10. Thank you my friends!!!!!!! Still there ae some more to come.......stay tuned!!!!!!!!
  11. Thank you Adam!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was really a very demanding project given the conditions under which it was built...........I wish I could finish and present my "Soleil Royale" some day!!!!!!!
  12. ...the small wooden vignette... ...the old gun replica... ...the handmade flags... ...the masts... I know there are some flaws, I wish I could have the chance to open the glass case and fix them......... Gentlemen thank you for your time and attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  13. Hello there!!! This model was completed in 1993 giving an end to a two-year project. Along with the great ship inside the heavy glass case you can also see a small wooden part of the deck with a metal cannon (from Artesania Latina), a Lord Nelson bust (I don't usually build figures, this one's an exception!!!), a Britanica Encyclopaedia volume published in 1858, a Cario & Fili hand gun bought in an antique shop and an authentic ink box coming from my grandpa's grandpa back in the 1820s...Now, let's get down to work with......... .............some general pictures ...this is the figure I told you about... ...a small inscription... ...and the old book...
