Now that I'm retired 2 years earlier than planned and more modelling time on hand I've decided to finish most of the boxed construction sites on the shelf. This is the first one off the shelf of doom. It's the 1/48 Airfix kit with bits and pieces from Aires, CMK and CE. The overwing tanks are Aeroclub. Hope you like. Lothar

Hi, I'm new to Britmodeller, even though I have registered long time ago I've never posted here. If Germans aren't banned from this GB (hey, we started this mess, didn't we) I'd like to participate. I wonder if any of these three would qualify: Fairey Albacore Mk. I FAA Blackburn Skua Mk. II FAA (both Special Hobby 1/48) Bristol Beaufighter Costal Command (Tamyia 1/48) Any comments are appreciated. BTW, I live in a small village in Southwestern Germany near the Black Forest, am 60 years old and have some spare time and too big a stash on my hand. Lothar
