Or..... just spray the noses yellow, slip on an O ring, spray the green and when the paint has dried, roll the O ring off and you have a yellow stripe on the nose....simples 🙂 Regards, Simon -
I've got the Artmodel MiG-27K (Kaira) Flogger J2, its a limited run kit with a few bits of resin (cockpit, exhaust and Gatling gun) and fit is so so, therefore expect quite a bit of filling, sanding & smoothing but at the end it certainly looks like a MiG-27 to me ! Regards, Simon

Hi, Thank you ! I used the excellent AK 'Xtreme Metal' polished Aluminium, with the gun bay cover done in a slightly different shade. Regards, Simon

Hi, Does anyone know if there are any drawings available for British 'dumb' bombs with dimensions with them ?, I'm just starting out dabbling in Fusion 360 and thought it'd be useful to model some of these up maybe with a view to 3d printing them in various scales. TIA, Simon

Hi, For the F-4G in 'Euro 1' you could try Milspec 72-007, this gives markings for a 52nd TFW a/c serial Number 69-0247 based at Spangdahlem in Germany 1985. Hope this helps, regards Simon

Nice review Mike !....One thing these birds did usually fly with the rocket pods as I believe they contained chaff rockets rather than the usual HE ones Regards, Simon
