  1. Hi folks, I need to get some artwork drawn up and printed for a project i've started. Is there anyone in the UK who does such a service? I know of afew firms in the US/Canada but they are all either too busy to take on new work or charge way too much. Any ideas would be most welcome. Cheers, Gary
  2. Ian if you go the A-7D route, and are interested in the AirDoc ANG sheet id be more than willing to part out mine. I only got it for the New Mexico Taco's subjects, the rest is spare if you did want to do Scrappy(Great Airfete that year BTW!,hard to belive it was 20 years ago) or any of the other units just let me know. Cheers, Gary
  3. Those new kits or reboxed Esci kits? Ive always loved the old skool Escort rally cars
  4. Just what we need another new tool 1/72 Lanc!. Now if it was a new tool Halifax or Stirling......that would be different
  5. Hi peeps, I seem to be on a 50's jet vibe of late,so dug a old Monogram P-80 out the stash. Nice model but its reminded me that i hate rescribing kits! All Bloody afternoon and ive still got to do all the smaller access panels.....dont know if i can face doing the rivets.
  6. Great work so far i look forward to seeing the end result. I did a similar project myself awhile back but i did them in kiwi markings left over from a Gekko A-4 Sheet.Easy choice as a number of countries in the region fly them for reak. Mine included T.1's Ex RAF machines used prior to delivery of newbuild jets. F/A.2's similar in spec to 127/155 jets but fitted with LlTENING pods for PGM use. Lastly singleseat F.3's! Maybe i should get them out the closet, clean them up and get Neil to take some pics!
  7. Hi folks, What stuff is still available for the 1/32 RoG Hunter kit? Anyone do a resin pit? Sorry but i dont do much British stuff so im kinda outta my depth here. Cheers, Gary
  8. Well build it as a Blk40 then! Scab plates,WAR HUD,targeting pod your good to go.
  9. Nice Whifer Meteor Ian Very Tuskegee Airmen with the red tail! Now lets see you do a RAF P-80! Johnnie Johnson JE-J Maybe???? Thanks for the PM about the Sabre GB,i may ask the mods about it at a later date, but since i belive the next GB is for the boring old Jaguar(huh Neil will moan at that one!) i can't see us getting a slot anytime soon. cheers, Gary
  10. George Robinson thats it!,our loss is Ipswich's gain LOL. He was another modeller who's work i loved to see
  11. The show is on saturday 27th Oct i think Neil. The 1/72 B-24's were built by a George Wright. Now many years ago we had a talented modeller in the club called George~i just cant remember his surname?~but its maybe the same chap.He was always winning stuff at shows along with Pat Watson before Pat went over to the darkside when he started building cars.
  12. I reckon you could flood these forums with the amount of kits you built in early/mid 90's prior to Paragon's launch. Used to love the work you did with those old Monogram kits. Got any pics of those B-24 assmbly ships you did? Only wish you still had pics of my personal fav~ the B-25/P-61 Dio.
  13. The question is have you still got it? Having seen this model when Neil first built it i have to say it look awesome back then and still does in the pics. BTW Neil got any pics of your "Bit O' Lace" you did? Both of these models kinda put me off building Fort's~ to much to live up to...LOL
  14. Looks great so far! Dont forget to cut/drop the engine mount~or the engine and cowl will sit too high on fuse if left unmodified. Cheers, Gary
  15. Well if the Mods are happy maybe we can sort alittle Sabre Bash out after any current GB's have finished.
  16. Very nice model! My late Grandfather had agreat love for the type having flown both Corsair II & IV's in the Far East.Your model captures the look of FAA Corsair's well
  17. Very nice Hurri Liam! Makes me want to dig out and finish my Spitfire T.9 i started sometime ago
  18. Looks great so far Mike. Maybe i should finish my Narromine Highball i started awhile back.I got kinda distracted by Tamiya 1/48 F-16CJ's and Hase 1/32 P-47's. I know Neil wants me to get it done
