Thanks The turret with mantle cover fouls the drivers hatch when open-storage boxes on the turret came off a couple of times. But thats just down to my hamfistedness Good luck with the turret.

Thanks the dirt is MIG pigment dry mud. Just thought id slap it on that area, as had picture in my head what i wanted. The tow cable would not sit in the retaining points fitted, so i let it sit free. Didnt know that was an infantry phone on back though. Its a big tank when sat next to the 1A1 Abrams.

Hi folks Heres AFV Club tricky Centurion with dozer blade and added AFV Club mantle cover. It makes a big difference to finished model. Grab handles on engine deck were a total pest to apply and keep them on. Cheers Robert

Its a great pastime-good looking models and u sound as if u are enjoying it what more could a man ask for?

I painted the tracks with 2 coats of Vallejo matt black and put MIG dried mud pigment on when the model was finished-great stuff-easily put on-hides all the mistakes:)

Hi West Inside is basic white-should be cream colour I think. Turret interior conisists of gun breech-gunner-loader-commander area-with seats and turret mechanism. It looks ok when looking into hatches-but not too close though. Cheers Robert

Hi folks Sorry for being so vague in my description of the model.The kit is 1:48th Eduard Weekend. It is a Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-8/R2 flown by the commander of IV (Sturm)/JG3 'Udet' Hptm Wilhelm Moritz based at Memmingen-Germany 1945. Colours are Vallejo RLM 74/75/76. The nose is black which the instructions state was the colour Moritz chose for the Focke-Wulf's of the Gruppe. Thankyou for your comments. Robert

Hi Folks Heres my Dragon Panzer IV AusfE-I think I have overdone the weathering-especially the sand-too much MIG productions Africa sand and I think the colour looks wrong- MIG Iraqi sand maybe? Neutral MIG vehicle wash and silver pencil weathering. Paint was Xtracrylix Afrika Corps sand. Great kit-sense of achievement when finished

Would have to use superglue and acrylic paint and no sleep-not very relaxing

Hi Folks Thankyou all for your inspiring comments. I could never of built this in a weekend. It took about 2 months on/off. I was wary of the aerials, but they went on ok. Has anyone built this in a weekend? Im having a go at the weekend FW190 at the moment which is taking about as much time-no complaints though.

Hi Tony Try as I might with an airbrush, I cannot master the pattern as u hav. I have used mottle templates and paintbrush stippling, but nowhere near as good. Never give up though
