Hi Does anyone know where I can get a 1/48 14' (4 blade) prop for a F2G Corsair? Also, are aftermarket corrected cowlings and props avaliable from anywhere for 1/48 B-29? I think someone used to make a set, but can't recall manufacturers name...... Thanks John

It was dismantled late 1960s in N.G. but the hull is believed to exist in New Zealand. This is probably the fuselage restored by the RNZAF museum (Air Force World) in Christchurch, NZ

Hi I am currently collecting bits for a 1/48 Lancaster project, and wish to add a resin engine. I have an Aires(?) V-1650 which is obviously incorrect as (I think) the Lanc had the Merlin XX. The only other option stocked by Hannants is one listed for the Tamiya Mosquito (by CMK)- would this be visually correct for a Lanc, bearing in mind I haven't exactly decided what Lanc I'm going to build, or would I be better off modifying the V-1650? Thanks John

Isn't the Mosquito at Cosford supposed to be matked as Gibson's aircraft? I seem to remember it being Dark Earth? and Green on the upper surfaces rather than the more normal green/grey?

Thanks Guys, this is pretty much what I thought - though I'm a bit surprised there is never any warnings as such on packaging - dust masks and wet sanding it is!

Hi This is my first post on this forum, although I've been reading it for months. I am currently building an Accurate Armour refuelling tanker to go on an eventual Lancaster diorama, and my question is this: whats the guts with resin dust -is it toxic, or merely an irritant? Cheers John
